Jen helped coordinate everything except airfare which was the only part of my travel that got complicated. Even though she didn't broker that piece, she jumped in and helped me get TO and FROM the destination when all my flights cancelled. She was selfless and stayed up late into the night working to solve the problem. She was fantastic and saved our trip.

We worked with Jennifer to plan a bachelorette party in Cancun. She made everything simple - and our group was NOT the easiest group to work with! We had many people change their RSVP last minute and kept having to rearrange the rooms. Jennifer made this seamless and fought with the hotel to keep the rates the same, even though they kept wanting to change to the "current" rate as the reservation changed.

She was so organized and paid so much attention to detail and all logistics went smoothly.

I was also SO grateful to have her when I came down with COVID the day before the trip and could no longer go. The hotel did not want to refund me the money for my portion, but Jennifer kept fighting for a full week to get me my money back (versus a travel credit for a future visit). I really appreciated that extra effort.

All of the rest of the girls attended and had a fabulous time on the trip. I will definitely use Jennifer for any other big group travel that pops up in the future.

I contacted Jennifer with a big request: My fiancé and I wanted a semi-joint, but somewhat separated bachelor/bachelorette party in the Dominican Republic. The rich history of the city and… wait for it… there were large beaches that you can actual drive your car on! Being a family of 6, with 4 kids that eat non-stop, walking to the beach with a days worth of supplies is reminiscent of the early settlers moving west across the Great Plains in wagons. The idea of loading up a car and having it parked on the beach near our family was life changing.
