All-Inclusive Resorts, Cruises & so much more!
I've been a travel consultant for over 12 years now, and was a legal secretary for 32 years prior to that. While a legal secretary, I acted as the personal concierge for the attorneys I worked for. That involved booking all their air travel, hotels, rental cars, limousines, restaurant reservations, etc., whether it was for business or personal travel. So I truly do have much more than just 12 years experience being a travel consultant.
With the technology of today, it doesn't really matter where your travel consultant is. Tickets are delivered electronically, whether they are for flight, hotel, resort or even a car. I have booked travel for people all over the world here at my desk at my home office. I'm a researcher from way back and I love doing it. Working as a travel consultant is a passion of mine and I'm thrilled to be able to do it and help my clients by saving them precious time.
I would love to help you with your trip request and you can be assured that I will do my best to find you not only the lowest possible price for the trip you are looking for, but also the best value for your money. Sometimes it's not always about the money, but the value you receive in return for your money. All this is done in a very timely manner too.
My agency has tremendous buying power with the suppliers. They buy in bulk and usually at discounted rates. More often than not I can beat the prices on the Internet and always give you my best service! For all travel that I book for my clients, there is never a mark up on the price. Quite the contrary! The hotels, resorts, cruise lines, etc. pays me a commission on what I book with them—not you! These suppliers value their travel consultant partners because they know we will be loyal to them time and time again.
A lot of people are under the misconception that if you use a travel consultant it will cost you a service fee. Most agencies DO charge a service fee but I have never done that and I won't. The sites on the Internet such as Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, etc. DO charge services fees. Sometimes they are hidden in the cost of the trip, but you are being charged. For instance, if you and I both call Disney Cruises, we MAY get exactly the same price. But I know the questions to ask to see about lowering the price. The difference is by using a travel consultant, you may receive an upgraded room, a bottle of wine in your room when you get there, or some little perk or amenity that you wouldn't otherwise get by booking directly with any company. The suppliers know the travel consultants are their loyal customers and will save the better rooms for them, while people who purchase on the Internet are merely bargain hunting and the less quality rooms are saved for them. Additionally, I can price match or beat the prices you see on the Internet. Just give me the chance to prove it — I work at this full time!
Who has the time to spend hours scouring the Internet for competitive prices, never knowing what you will truly end up with? That's my job and you can bet by dealing with a travel consultant that I've done some serious homework before quoting you a price. I want you to be happy and satisfied. In turn, a happy and satisfied client will become repeat customers who refer their friends, family and coworkers. This is the only way to profitably conduct business in this wonderful world of travel and I take my responsibilities very seriously. Regardless of the destination, a romantic trip for two, family trip, honeymoon, girlfriend's getaway or a cruise, is SERIOUS business and needs unquestionable focus on the details. So you can just sit back and relax and be assured that your trip is in good hands. My personal knowledge, expertise and experience will make this a simple process for you.
I don't even like using the term "travel consultant" to describe who I am and what I do. I run a very personalized, high-level boutique firm that specializes in designing a travel experience for my clients at YOUR budget. Each client is treated like a VIP and I customize each experience for each client. I create wonderful memories for everyone I work with and those memories will last a lifetime. I have established a wonderful rapport with my suppliers and I am usually able to get upgrades, perks, bonuses and/or additional discounts and promos because of this.
To keep up to date on the very latest, I attend travel trade shows, seminars and take educational classes online so my clients can receive the very latest information and I can continue educating myself in the latest developments of travel.

Cancun All-Inclusive Resort
You can think of it as good, bad or indifferent, but travel today is not what it used to be. The biggest addition to the mix, of course, is the Internet, which provides numerous opportunities for travelers to begin researching their itineraries as soon as their dream begins to unfold. The operative word here however, is clearly "begin.” With the world becoming "smaller,” the expenses associated with travel can become "larger.” This is where the travel professional not only enters the picture but also brings lots of meaningful contributions to the table. So many of my clients like to do the initial legwork and then discover such an overwhelming amount of options they decide to turn to me. Testimonials upon request.
