Best travel agent

All my trips organized by Ligia were a real success. This is going back over the last 12 years. Ligia always gets me and my family the best deals for flights, hotels, rental cars, sightseeings, and all inclusive trips. Whether we travel to Europe (Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Romania), the US or the Caribbean we always come back very happy. If by any chance you have trouble with flight cancellations (like technical problems etc) she always helps us get onto another flight the very next day at the latest. This is extremely helpful when you are in a "crisis" situation and over 200 people from a cancelled flight have to find another one ASAP.
She also helped us recuperate all the money from the cancelled trips during the "COVID" time.
I will continue to use and enjoy Ligia's advise and travel expertise for many years to come. I do recommend her to all my friends and family.

Ligia oversee her company; Lutetia Travel that we encountered by chance more than 15 years ago. First class service from the travel designer to details required for vacation packages. Ligia helped us plan and organize our trips within US and most of the European countries that we travel frequently. She coordinates our trips, we have zero stress and every time I reached out she was quick to respond.
