I have worked in the travel, hospitality, and entertainment field now for over 25 years. Being a travel agent is not about booking trips. My husband and I renewed our wedding vows and hired Jamie to plan a trip for us to Paris. We were on some what of a budget and thought there was no way to afford it. Jamie was able to find us a great deal on a red eye flight out of JFK and a wonderful boutique hotel near Montmartre. Breakfast was included so we saved money on our meals. She arranged a private tour with a local guide she has worked with many times who spoke perfect English. It was like having a friend take us around the city. We loved every second. Thank you.

We were a group of 4 (2 couples) going to Greece for the first time. This was the 3rd time we had tried to book because of Covid. Using a travel agent was a must this time because of the amount of work we put into it only to have it canceled/postponed was exhausting. Jamie started from scratch and booked everything for us including trip insurance. She was always available to do our Zoom calls since we all were in different cities. 3rd time was most definitely the charm because the trip was magically perfect in every way. Working with Jamie was like working with a close friend. I wish I could give her 10 out of 5 stars because she is that awesome!!! We have already referred friends and family to her and we hope she stays in business a long time. We highly recommend Jamie to plan your travels.

If you are looking for the most friendly and competent travel agent, look no further. I usually do all of my own travel arrangements, but the flights were complicated and I was nervous about what I needed to do for Covid. Jamie put my mind at ease and came up with my complete travel plans within 2 days. Any time I had a question, my emails and phone calls were returned within an hour. Jamie listened to my needs and my budget and hit a home run. I LOVE working with her! I'm planning my next trip in the Spring and she has already started working on it. Thank you Jamie for all your hard work! I hope to meet you in person one day.

I was very satisfied working with Jamie. It was a perfect trip in a perfect neighborhood. Her suggestions satisfied our needs. Particularly loved the apartment! Jamie added a great deal to the trip and booked our museum, theatre and wine tasting experiences. Already planning another trip for 2022!

Jamie planned my birthday dream trip!We are so happy that we chose Jamie to plan our Greece trip! I turned 40 in June and I wanted it to be a celebration with my wife and friends. Jamie took the lead and put together an itinerary beyond my dreams. All flights were coordinated out of Los Angeles (we had 4 couples total). Jamie arranged our hotel and tours in Athens which was awesome. She booked us flights form Athens to Mykonos and set us up in lux villas that we are all still talking about! On my actual birthday, we had a private yacht sail us around Mykonos and other islands. We had a catered authentic Greek lunch and unlimited wine! Jamie made sure we had snorkeling gear and towels. The captain and his crew surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a small cake. We stayed out long enough to see the sunset. I will never be able to thank Jamie enough for this trip of a lifetime. Thank you, Jamie!!! You’re the best!

Words cannot express how grateful we are for all of the work Jamie did for our European Adventure! It truly was a trip of a lifetime and magical in every way. We can't stop talking about it and I don't think we ever will. Jamie did truly create a unique and customized experience for my family. Jamie thought of everything that made our holidays special. Trip of a life time thanks to Jamie

Rarely do I write reviews but Jamie deserves kudos in every way. I'm writing this as my wife and I are waiting to catch our plane back to the states. After battling with a life threatening illness and coming away with a positive prognosis, my wife called Jamie to plan our special celebration of life trip to Italy. After 2 conversations with Jamie, my wife asked me to join the conversations because she knew how much I would enjoy Jamie's enigmatic energy. Since Jamie has traveled to Italy many times, we knew we were working with the right person. Jamie booked us in a beautiful and historic apartment in the center of Rome. Angelina brought us a home cooked breakfast every morning. Our itinerary was perfect. We loved her restaurant suggestions and all the sightseeing ideas. I do look forward to getting home, but thanks to Jamie, this has been a trip of a life time. My wife and I could not have done this alone.

I sent my information to 5 different agents so I could compare the proposals for my trip to Turkey. Jamie responded within 10 minutes of my inquiry. We talked on the phone and I felt like we had been friends our entire life. She had a beautiful itinerary with prices within 24 hours of our conversation! I was beyond impressed because she listened to everything I wanted but added ideas I never thought of. My trip was the best one yet. Jamie took care of everything from my flights, transfers, excursions and helped me do my paperwork for Covid requirements. The manager of my hotel in Istanbul surprised me with a bottle of champagne from Jamie. Every tour was on time and flights were seamless. Even with the time difference, Jamie checked in on me through WhatsApp. I can't say enough times how wonderful this experience with Jamie has been. By the way, I am back from vacation and still haven't heard from 3 of the agents I sent my info to. Jamie is the BEST hands down!!!!

"My fiancée and I worked with Jamie on a trip to Costa Rica so we could make arrangements for our destination wedding that was to take place the following year. We had done some research online but found it very overwhelming to decide on a place. When we called Jamie we were thrilled to find out that she had been there many times. She recommended 3 venues based on our answers, all within an hour drive of each other.With her connections, she hired a private driver with an air conditioned van who picked us up at the airport. He took us to all 3 locations where we were met by staff who were expecting us. She surprised us with a bottle of wine the last night. We can't say enough good things about Jamie. She's amazing".

Jamie, our vacation was a huge success! Everything went as planned. Having that app "Trip Plans" was fabulous. We referred to that SO many times for details, using both the schedule by day and the pdf of the Final Itinerary. Both had different info that we needed to see.... I think you did a great job of summarizing the itinerary & communicating with us throughout the trip, i.e., when flights were canceled and had to be rebooked. Extremely impressed with your support, it was truly appreciated. We had a wonderful time and so many memories were made. My husband and I decided to take a trip to Europe to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Searching hotels and excursions for 16 days was way too overwhelming. Jamie planned everything perfectly including a hot air balloon ride over the Loire Valley that ended up being one of the most incredible experiences of our trip, and probably of our lives. The hotels and apartments she found for us were so great. Jamie put our entire itinerary onto a handy app that was so perfect. Every detail and even all our tickets were right there at our fingertips. She booked us an incredible restaurant for our anniversary dinner. She had let all the hotels know it was our anniversary, so we were greeted with lots of handwritten notes, pastries, and bottles of wine at almost every place we stayed. That’s the kind of personal touch you get with Jamie.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know how much I enjoyed working with Jamie on booking my Honeymoon. I’ve never met someone so positive and really helped ease a lot of anxiety I had trying to book a trip to countries I have never been to. She had awesome recommendations for hotels, excursions, transportation, etc. With the trip being a month away, I have almost no worries about anything, as it has been taken care of by Jamie. After many travel debacles using Google and the 3rd party travel agencies, Jamie was a breath of fresh air. Seamless, quick, easy and professional are words that come to mind. I love how detailed her itineraries are and could access it on my phone. I booked everything through Jamie including rental car, insurance, train tickets, air, hotels and a few excursions. I was very nervous to travel during Covid, but Jamie helped me with everything I needed. 4 countries and 12 days with not one mishap. I'll be using her services again.

I haven't worked with a travel agent in decades and I'm so glad I found Jamie. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. I would have been lost in figuring out what documents and tests I needed to travel to France and Jamie took care of everything. She made a detailed itinerary for me that had flight times, gate info, seat numbers, addresses of hotels and venues and so much more. Everything surpassed my expectations. Jamie was able to plan the perfect vacation for me. I wanted a quick getaway and she had little notice to organize accommodations, but was still able to secure locations perfect to where I needed to be. Each space i stayed in was safe and secure as well as the staff being incredibly helpful.Traveling alone caused myself and family a lot of anxiety but thanks to Jamie each portion of my trip was planned out so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was able to do everything I wanted to on my vacation without sacrificing comfort or safety.
Jamie was available at all times during my trip. I never worried about not being able to reach her if I ran into an emergency.
Overall my experience with using Carlisle Travels was fantastic and I can’t wait to book again.

The Best Girls Trip Ever

Jamie added excursions that were the highlight of our trip. This was our first trip to Marrakesh and a high school best friends 20th year reunion. It was 8 girls and we didn't know where to stay or what to do. Jamie found us a gorgeous Riad in the middle of town that had a full kitchen, terrace and accommodations for 10. Each girl had their own bed. Jamie arranged for us to visit a hammam (never heard of before this trip) and have spa treatments. WOW! She also hired a private Moroccan chef to cook for us one night. All of our flights were coordinated and arrived the same day. Everything was well planned. Absolutely recommend Jamie.

Planning an international vacation can feel overwhelming - especially when you're exploring multiple countries. Jamie is by far the best travel agent I've ever worked with. She understands what you're looking for and curates a well-planned itinerary that takes weight off of our shoulders and allows us to experience the dream vacation. We were looking for adventure, culture, and education for our recent trip to Italy and Malta, and Jamie knocked it out of the park.
