Tammy not only was able to "guarantee" an early check-in and "late-checkout", but got us upgraded and a welcome amenity was waiting in our room upon arrival. She also arranged for a "Mink Teddy Bear" (my wife's favorite and she collects them), to be placed on our bed upon arrival with a dozen white roses (her favorite), with a personalized note from Tammy, saying happy anniversary and thanking us for our business. I have NEVER had this experience with any other travel agent in the past 60 years I have traveled.

Tammy has not only handled my corporate business trips, but also my families vacations, booking not only family reunions, but setting up CLASS REUNIONS, conferences, villas, private chefs, private drivers & translators, recommending "outside the box" ideas to do such as "Food walking tours", "Perfume Factory tours outside of Paris that impressed me so much and NEVER witnessed someone so knowledgeable domestically & internationally as herself.
