I am here to find flights that will get you to your destination for specific time frame. I've also helped many business travelers get on alternate flights when unexpected flights delays occur so they won’t miss an important meeting. I tell my travelers that I want to be your first call so I can solve any issues right away.
I enjoy working with my corporate travelers because I get to know their likes/dislikes and preferences. To make your business trip seamless, I get all of the details on my travelers such as their loyalty numbers for hotels & car rentals, preferred airline, TSA information and more.

Family Trip

Bettie is always helpful and knows that we have a busy family and makes sure everything we need for our 4 kids are taken care of. She talks over our travel plans and also makes sure there are enough activities to keep all the kids happy. She always reply’s back to my emails and calls quickly and has our reservations sent to double check everything. We have been using Bettie for years and she takes the stress out of making travel plans that’s for sure.

Working with Bettie has been amazing. Not only getting me the best connections and remembering all of our travel preferences but that call I get just minutes after I learned my flight is cancelled to find she has either re-booked me or is holding a seat for me so that I do not get stranded. Walking from the terminal to the car when you are home that same night you were supposed to be means a lot.

Bettie takes care of everything and does it with a smile on her face and boundless joy. She is happiest when she knows you are stress-free and seems to be as happy as you are when leaving on a trip. She will hunt to find you any upgrades or deals to enhance your trip to taking care of the smallest details that you would have had to deal with later. If it is your first trip or your 28th, call her! You won't regret it.

Bettie's service exceeded our expectations. She was able to change our fourth traveler from one person to another without much cost and no hassle. HffBettie has provided us with invaluable service in rearranging return flights following a medical emergency which extended our stay. Bettie also assisted us with her expertise in filing a claim under our travel insurance.

Awesome vacation in a Covid era.

Our vacation started with booking in April 2019 and was pushed back twice to 2022. During this 3 year period, Bettie stayed on top of every update, flight change, Covid test schedule, etc through out the entire time. It could not have been easy for her but she was there at every turn. The result was a fabulous trip.

Betty was quick presenting options, complete with flights and transit - and considering it was spring break time I know that wasn’t easy. There were 3rd party issues with name spelling, DOB and she got that resolved for seamless travel.
