Vacation Specialist

I graduated from LSU with a degree in journalism, but it was my penchant for adventure that got me my first job as a flight attendant with American Airlines. I traveled quite frequently with them, and I soon took more roles within the travel industry.

I've now been in the travel industry for nearly 30 years, and I continue to love every moment of it! I've been a certified travel agent for 18 years, and I have a lot of experience within the industry that helps me prepare exceptional trips around the world. I have a strong passion for planning vacations, and I love serving my clients by making all their travel dreams come true!

Reservations close to Christmas

I needed a round trip ticket to visit some family for Christmas. I rec'd my invitation to visit just two weeks before the holiday! Susan Dunham found me the flights I needed, and helped me with details such as confirming the flights.

I had traveled extensively at one time, but due to the needs of my family, I had been unable to travel for over ten years. Airlines have changed a lot during that time! Susan helped me to catch up with the changes. I enjoyed my vacation.

The best travel agent ever

Susan is the travel agent with a huge heart. I have never met Susan in person but I feel like she is my close friend. She feels like a member of my family. Our relationship began when arranged a Caribbean cruise for me, my husband, and my elderly father. He became critically ill and we had to cancel. Susan walked us through this complicated process with tremendous warmth and sympathy. She has been our go to travel agent ever since. She is the best.

Susan is always very professional, friendly and most of all patient. She goes the extra mile for us. We have at least 5 regular international travelers and sometimes groups of International travelers going from country to country within Africa. The Best Cruise Ever!

Excellent in every respect! Susan has helped in numerous ways. She was able to arrange flights for our family of 6 to Costa Rica -- and then helped each of us "use up" the ticket refunds on other trips over a 3-year period after one of the family had ear surgery and couldn't travel. She has arranged land travel including all trains etc in Europe for me twice -- I leave with either tickets or detailed instructions on ticket purchase -- never an error, never a problem, always timely. She arranged for my sister and me to fly from Denver and Detroit respectively and arrive in Austin, TX, within 30 minutes of each other for pick-up convenience and made the same timely arrangements when my sister and I met in New York for a cruise. Susan is cordial, quick, accurate, and knowledgeable -- the only travel agent I work with.
