As a young girl, I had two travel dreams which seemed impossible to me at that time. My father was born in London's East End, and I desperately wanted to see where he (and my English heritage) came from. He had 2 brothers and a sister. The sister never left England. His older brother settled in Brooklyn and we lived in Ct and visited regularly. His younger brother made his home in California and I heard glowing stories of LA and San Francisco all my life. Before I became a travel agent, my travel dreams were fulfilled. Every bit of travel I have done since then has always been like the proverbial "icing on the cake". I have been truly fortunate to have traveled ALMOST everywhere I wanted to go in the world. Now, when I help clients of all ages and backgrounds plan their trips, my own experiences are always in the back of my head. Whether you are on a tight budget or looking for the luxury trip of a lifetime, I can take you to any part of the world or keep you right in your own backyard. I have also planned many family land packages and cruises. My own immediate family consists of 27 people ages 3 through 76, so I know how to do family travel. Marla was extremely helpful arranging the Disney trip which was booked only a few weeks before a very busy vacation period. She got through to Disney on a special travel agent phone number and was able to get us a reservation to stay on the property. When a glitch developed concerning which day we could go to the Magic Kingdom through no fault of hers, she was able to rectify it and in fact was able to get us better Fast Pass times than we had previously.

-10Did not give me over $1000. in benefits, I was entitled to.
To review:
I asked Marla to check what benefits we had for 15 past Crystal Cruises.
Her retort: answer: "Maybe $50.00. You have to ask them."
On board I find out we are entitled to $800 on board credits and several other goodies including 2 way deluxe limo transportation from home to pier and pier to home. Not knowing this I prepaid $150.00 for my own round trip transportation. They were aghast on board Crystal and told me my travel agent was very, very remiss!
Now do you think I will every use Marla again?
