Hi my name is Kimberly (Kim) England and I am an Independent Travel Agent. I have a saying for my clients "If you dream it, I can make it a reality" I started traveling 20 years ago with my first cruise to Bermuda and fell in love with cruising and the islands. After several cruises family and friends would ask for my help planning their cruise, and they would look for help booking other trips as well, so I decided to become a travel agent.
Whether you are looking to cruise, go on a tour, sit on a beach, be with family, or travel alone. I will be here to guide you on the best destination that will fit your needs.
I myself have been lucky enough to travel to many destinations, Iceland, Croatia, Italy, Germany, France, England, Ireland, several Caribbean islands and also Mexico to name a few. What I love most about my job is learning about these destinations so I can get you the most updated information. I do this by visiting the destination and taking certification classes.

On one of our cruises to Europe, we were suddenly informed that Munich Airport was closed/on strike. Viking Cruise Lines assured us that they would get us through with Lufthansa. Four hours after informing Viking of the incident, we were not sure if we would get home. I contacted Kim immediately, and new tickets were issued on another airline, and we made it home. 15 other people did not secure advance boarding passes and had to scramble for flights home.
Kim has always kept us informed of flight changes, hotels for overnight stays, practical advice for future cruises, and making special arrangements for transportation, if needed.
