Excellent family vacation

Michelle was incredibly timely to work with, usually responding the same day to inqueries. After our first meeting, she had our first draft of the itinerary within two days and the trip was finalized within a week after that. Her suggested activities and the vendors were outstanding! When flights changed two months before our trip, she was on top of rescheduling. We will definitely work with Michelle for future trips.

First trip she planned for us.

Michelle has been our Travel Agent at least 20 years or more. I liked her the first day I met her and haven't used anyone else. In fact, I have a sister in Calif, and one in Eugene, Oregon. They and their husbands ended up using her for all their for all their travel needs, which are at least once or twice a year.

She always does a great job on our travel plans, including making all our arrangements, gives us suggestions of places to eat and places of interest to see.

I always stop by to see her after our trip to let her know how everything turned out, including accommodations, food, etc. Actually, I consider her a good friend.

Michelle is very personal and highly competent. She listens to your needs/desires and does her best to find the trips/tours/flights that meet those needs, always with an eye on economy. She responds promptly to telephone calls and emails. When in her office, she takes her time with you.
