Italian October Getaway
I just realized that we have been back from Italy for 4 weeks now. I cannot believe we have been back that long. I am embarrassed that I took this long to get in touch with you. That said, I just wanted to tell you that we had an absolutely fantastic time on our trip. I can attest without hesitation the primary reason we had just had a great time was due to you and the care and attention you put into planning our trip. I cannot begin to tell you what a great time we had. The places you chose for us to go, the hotels, the guides, the tours were top notch. We did not have one bad day. Not one. My only regrets were that we waited 35 years to go to Italy and that we didn’t stay longer than three weeks. I have passed your name on to a few others without hesitation. I will pass on some stories and pictures. Until then, I am enjoying the wonderful memories of the food, people and places we saw Italy. Thank you, again. You’re the best.

It's Crystal Clear!

After more than 100 cruises and counting, I've finally sailed on Crystal Cruises. I had the pleasure of sailing on the Crystal Serenity in May and it is WORTH IT. I've sailed on Celebrity, Disney, Cunard, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Norwegian, Carnival, Windjammer, and Amadeus and they all pale in comparison. No better service. No better cuisine. No better inclusions. INCLUDES: All meals, including 2 nights in their specialty restaurants, all drinks, fine wine, champagne, top shelf, martinis, soda, coffees, afternoon teas. Room service. TIPS INCLUDED! Booking with our agency usually gets you a few hundred dollars in on board credits. I got a massage and it was one of the best ever on a cruise. They call it "All Exclusive". Thank you Gordon for introducing to Crystal Cruises!

We kept pricing different options and going back and forth between different cruise lines and dates, and he looked up every cruise, ports of departure and dates you can thing of until we found the one that met our needs. We were traveling on a cruise for the first time with my daughter's service dog. We had absolutely no idea what was needed. Gordon stepped up and walked us through every singe part of the process of preparing the cruise staff for us to getting her the correct microchip to travel internationally. He was so very knowledgeable and there at anytime that I had a question or needed help. I would use him again to make a successful and seamless trip.
