I loved working with Pam to set up our trip to Mexico. She is a very up, friendly person. She kept us informed and up to date on changes and gave us tips about traveling. She even mailed us little cards printed up in Spanish explaining that my wife has a Gluten allergy that we were able to give to the waiters at the resort. Pam was just great.
