But did you know that I can also provide you with the peace of mind to sleep well at night? That is, in fact, the type of customer service that I recently provided a client.

Unbeknownst to this client, their airlines had delayed their flight and had sent the notification about the change at 2 a.m. This delay would have caused my clients to miss their connecting flight to Cancun, and it was the only one flying out that day. Because I also received the notification from the airlines, I quickly went to work and was able to arrange for them to take another flight. I then waited till I knew they would be waking up for their trip and notified them of their new travel arrangements. My clients were very happy that they were able to sleep through the whole mess, especially on the night before their big trip.
