Steven helped me book the Honeymoon of our dreams and we had the most amazing experience while we were there! Staying in St. Lucia was nothing short of Paradise. The day before our trip, Steven reached out to his contacts at the resort to remind them of our honeymoon. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had been given an upgrade - I cried when we got to our Villa! We enjoyed our Honeymoon more than I thought was possible and I can't express enough how thankful we are! We will most definitely be using Steven and Goulds Travel for our upcoming trips!!

Best honeymoon service and experience!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Steven. He was incredibly helpful with planning our honeymoon and helping us find something we wanted within our budget. We met with him several times and he was so helpful and patient with all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and would tell us his honest opinion about a resort and/or destination. He has traveled and stayed in a lot of these places or knows someone that has and that gave us a lot of relief about knowing what we were getting for our money. He coordinated everything for us and we were so thankful for that! We had a question while we were actually on our honeymoon and he answered the phone and was willing to stop what he was doing to help address our immediate question; not many people or travel agents would do that. He truly is passionate about his job and doesn’t want to just book your trip he truly cares about the entire process and follow through. Thank you so much, Steven, for helping us plan our honeymoon!

Incredible LGBT European Vacation

My husband and I just got back from our 5 week European trip organized by Goulds Travel. All we kept saying was, WOW. What a perfect job Melody and Steve did. The hotels were amazing, the limousine transfers were great, the tours were wonderful. We will definitely us Gould travel again and hopefully soon. Greek Islands & Croatia

Steven did a great job coordinating and setting up a six week trip to Greek Islands and Croatia. It involved many inter-island and inter-country transits and 12 different hotel stays. Not surprisingly on such a complex trip we ran into a couple of issues but we were able to get a quick response and satisfaction from Steven’s efforts. Initially, he took the time to understand what we wanted to do and custom designed the trip around that. He was always available and flexible to discuss options. We were very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to others .

Changed my mind on using Travel Agents!

Jake proposed to me on a cruise in 2014 where we met Steven Gould and he mentioned that he could help us with our dream wedding - well how lucky were we to have met such a great guy! He arranged everything from the flight, to hotels, to day-of-wedding coordination. When we got there, they treated us like royalty - we were even upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite!
