My husband and I always wanted to visit Sicily for a holiday. From the moment we got in touch until the end of our holiday, Veronica worked with us tirelessly to ensure we would have a great experience during our trip. She seemed to be always available (we mostly got in touch through Whatsapp) to answer our every question. The accommodations, tours, and transfers were all very well organized. She even came to the hotel in Ortigia to ensure we would get the best room as I would celebrate my birthday while we were staying in Ortigia. Veronica was the best travel agent partner a person could have. She was so patient with the changes while we fine tuned our first trip to Italy. She was available and most importantly responsive with the very minor where do I meet my transfer kind of questions during the trip. She was not a book it and forget agent so was a how is it going I am here the whole trip agent. I cannot say enough good things about her and I would work with her again

The whole process of building our itinerary was very easy and we loved the suggestions provided and didn’t move far from these before confirming our booking. It took a few goes to get some of the paperwork completed accurately. The private guided tours were first class and the private transfers between destinations ran smoothly with competent and friendly drivers. Each hotel/B&B was in a central location but v quiet too and we loved the feel of all of them with friendly staff that made us welcome. A complex itinerary that worked like a dream so very relaxed as a result. Will definitely book with BellaRome again.
