Why me?

I will give you consistent, individual, and personal service based on my 30+ years in the travel business.  I take care of all of the details, so you don't have to!

My family enjoys cruising the Caribbean. You unpack once but get to see all these wonderful islands!  On a cruise you can be really, really busy, or you can just sit back, relax and rejuvenate!   I loved watching my 5 year old grand kids playing on the Dr. Seuss splash pad/water slide, playing Foosball, bowling, and having all kinds of fun on the ship!  They had so many questions as we explored the ports! 

One of my favorite areas to visit is Alaska.  A cruise/tour combination is the perfect way to get the most out of the trip, with a visit to Denali National Park.  As a kid I remember reading about settlers trudging and struggling across the tundra and never understood why it was so tough.  It’s just ground, right?  Then I walked on it myself in Denali Park!  It was like a hard sponge, and each step took work to move.  Now I get it! 

Hawaii is unique, because each island is different and beautiful!  I love all of the activity in Honolulu, and so much to see!  Or going to the top of Mt. Haleaka in Maui at sunrise - take your blanket from the hotel, it's worth the view!  Each island has it's own appeal, but you experience the spirit of Aloha everywhere!  A plus - take a cruise and see the top sights and only have to unpack once!

The ultimate in relaxation is with an all-inclusive resort!  This is totally worry free because everything is included in the price of the vacation - alcohol, wonderful food, beautiful beaches and pools.  You just unwind and enjoy!

Kathy was great. Group of 14, and all gave high praise. Everything was timely, well coordinated, and thoughtful. Our goal was not to cut corners, but Kathy proposed savings opportunities when they existed, and got us best deal available with the cruise line.

I rarely feel the need to write about my experiences because I believe that professionals should always deliver; HOWEVER, I must write about the level of customer service that I've consistently received from Kathy Love. During my first experience with Kathy as my agent, a minor incident occurred and I emailed Kathy from my destination-not to complain, just to inform. She responded within hours and shared that she'd been in contact with the reps at our location. By the next day, the minor incident was not only resolved but we were compensated for our concern. In my most recent experience, Kathy advocated for changes to our program that positively impacted our general welfare, safety and health. I can't imagine planning to travel abroad without having Kathy as my anchor. Kathy is an experienced travel professional. I really mean that. If you are like me and love to travel and don't know all the things you need to know about how to book a cruise or vacation, and don't want to, I recommend Kathy.
