As a proud dual citizen of Canada and the U.S. I have a great appreciation for both countries. I was born in beautiful Alberta, Canada moved to Nova Scotia, Canada and finally landed in Wisconsin. Growing up with the Canadian Rockies, Atlantic Ocean and Lake Michigan in my backyard I have developed a deep love for natural wonders and their impact on wellness and sustainable tourism. JJ was excellent in helping me plan a last minute surprise trip to Banff for my fiance. She was always quick to respond and even mindful about the surprise aspect when communicating, which I much appreciated. JJ was a perfect resource for helping me choose our daily activities in Banff as she was very familiar with the area. She took the time to understand us and who we are and what we like and then suggested things that were perfect for us and not just the typical touristy things. She coordinated multiple activities for us and took the stress out of the equation for us which made the trip much easier to enjoy. I will definitely use JJ again when planning another trip to Canada or anywhere else for that matter. Very highly recommend using her.

JJ Lobb was beyond wonderful. She answered all our questions, major and minor. The airline flights were perfect (she had seating as we requested) and the trip could not have been better. She helped with tipping advice (which really was important). She had us upgrade to Preferred Status at the resort and that put the vacation over the top as to luxury and treatment.

The Best Trip We Have Ever Taken!

May family took a vacation to Banff August 18-25th. This was a bucket list destination for my husband and I. I searched the internet for travel agentsthat were well versed in Canadian vacations and thats is how I found JJ Lobb. This vacation was a surprise birthday present for my husband and she made sure that our correspondence was kept a secrect which was very important. Our vacation was perfect from beginning to end. JJ was very helpful, professional, and I could tell that she shared our excitement. She is now working on a package for us to Scotland and Ireland for next summer. She was also very mindful of our budget for which I am very grateful1
