My name is Jessica Aiello, and I have been an independent travel agent with Magical Moments Vacations since 2018. I specialize in Disney Destinations, multi-generational vacations, and Sandals and Beaches Resorts.

I love to travel, and I'm a detail-oriented, planner at heart. My concierge-level services, paired with my first hand experience traveling allows me to leave no stone unturned when it comes to planning vacations for my clients. 

Disney is in my blood. My parents started bring me there when i was just a toddler, and I've been there dozens of times since through all walks of life. As a child, teen, high school senior trip, with girlfriends, romantically, and now my favorite, with my two little kids. I look forward to sharing my personal experiences with clients each and every time that I travel. 

I’m a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and my agency, Magical Moments Vacations is a Diamond Earmarked Agency (that’s the highest level Disney awards). I’m a Universal Studios Orlando Specialist, a Certified Beaches/Sandals Specialist and I’m constantly advancing my credentials and certifications.

Travel is my passion, and I plan every client's vacation, as if it were my own!

Thanks to Jessica we had an amazing trip to Disneyworld. This was our family’s first time and thanks to Jessica’s knowledge and recommendations we had one of the best trips. From start to finish she was there for us with answers to all of our questions. We will absolutely be using her for future travel.

Absolutely Magical Every Step of the Way

Jessica's assistance with the entire planning process start to finish was so helpful. We planned a trip with Jess in 2020 which unfortunately was cancelled due to covid. I told her that we wanted to wait until things were looking back to normal to rebook. She helped us pick the right time and kept us up to date on all of the changes happening at Disney throughout. I really wanted my daughter to experience the bippidy boppidy boutique, however it was closed but Jess recommended this incredible service to that came to our hotel and gave her the Cinderella make over of a lifetime. So many happy memories that will last a lifetime were made on this trip and I couldn't have done it without Jess!

Never traveling without Jessica’s help!!!

I’ve been to Disney 40+ times and could not have done this trip without Jessica’s help. Disney World has changed so much, and a travel agent is needed. I was fortunate to have Jessica as my TA because she is so detail oriented and full of secret tips. We had the most amazing trip, ate at all the best restaurants, rode almost every single ride, and did not wait on any lines during a very busy spring break trip. I cannot wait to book another trip with her!
