Choosing a destination, resort, hotel, or airline can be difficult and overwhelming, but I try to make it as stress free as possible. While many people can book what they want online, I set myself apart by listening to my clients and help them choose what will be best for them based on their needs, wants, and restrictions. I'm here to make sure that my clients are well taken care of before, during, and after their vacation to make it unforgettable and that they are getting the best bang for their buck.

I have the knowledge of many destinations and companies in the travel industry that I communicate to my clients so that we can decide if that will be something that fits their travel style. Often, when my clients first contact me, they have already started their online researches and realize that they are unsure. Is what they're doing is going to be right for them or the complete opposite of what they were looking for. I'm the one to either reassure them or redirect them and book it for them to take care of all the little details they haven't thought of yet. 

Even when my clients do know what they want to do, they still book through me because of the direct contact I have with the companies. If anything comes up or goes wrong, I have that contact to work with to try and get it resolved the best we can, whereas online booking systems are notorious for having less customer service.

I've traveled to all-inclusives in Mexico, cruises in the Caribbean and Alaska, and adventures throughout Europe. During the summer of 2012, I lived in London while doing an internship. Other favorite destinations include Prague, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and Florence.

In the future I hope to go to Portugal, Croatia, and Peru, just to name a few!

Las Vegas Vacation

We really wanted a stress free vacation. That included not putting in any effort to plan it. Nicole planned the entire trip. The flights, hotel, shows and even a ride from the airport to the hotel! She even told us she'd be available while we were on our trip if we had any questions. The trip was so much fun, and we got to experience everything we wanted to partake in on our vacation. A Perfect Month in Italy

Nicole was absolutely fantastic helping us plan a rather complicated travel itinerary using airlines and trains on our just completed month-long trip to Italy. From beginning to the week before our departure, she cheerfully worked with us to get us to Florence, then Pisa, the mountains in Tuscany, Cinque Terre, and finally Sicily. She also booked us into good hotels with terrific locations in Florence and Pisa. All the scheduling ran without a hitch. And by working with her, we not only saved ourselves a lot of time if we had done this ourselves, but also savings in airline and hotel fees. We have already booked our air to Mexico for next winter through Nicole, and will be working with her again on future trips.

Great experience!

After trying to plan my own vacation to Italy I became overwhelmed and decided to look for some help online. I had always done my own planning in the past and was skeptical about working with a travel agent. Nicole was the first person I called and instantly she seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable. Within a day she had sorted out and organized everything I had struggled with and the cost was no more (maybe less) than what I was looking at on my own. Everything went very smoothly and I couldn't believe the hotel I was in. I had the best room in the best hotel in the town! The next time I plan a trip I will do myself a favor and just call Nicole.
