Emelia was a godsend in helping with every detail from airlines, hotel, transfers, excursions for a two month trip to 4 countries in Africa this past summer. Val thinks of everything. She understood before we did that we would have a long day of travel and she prebooked us dinner reservations. Val took time with me while on her own vacation to ensure my flights were correct and corresponded with my travel companions. She provides a detailed itinerary through Trip Plans app to have all critical items available in one spot. This includes how shuttles will work, reminders and of course airline tickets and hotel information etc.

Hannah was a fantastic travel agent for my 12-day trip to Morocco!! Even though she lives in Wisconsin and I live in Maryland, communication was easy and she quickly responded to all of my calls and messages.
