Right from the start. All Ricks staff were on point and very professional. Michele looked after all our bookings and airfare. Then on the ground Rick took over and lead us on an amazing adventure. All accommodations were first class and no hiccups. Well planned out.

I had had no experience traveling out of the US, nor experience working with a travel agent, but knew I needed assistance for a trip to the Mideast. I contacted Erin and she patiently and good-humoredly guided me through every step! From Choosing the style of travel, cost, location etc she offered great suggestions. And once decisions were made she provided information on all needed documentation, etc that would be required! The trip was 5* all the way and there was not one “bump in the road” the entire time! It was spectacular! She was absolutely wonderful to work with...

Windjammer Landing was pretty upscale for us, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We'd recommend that resort to anyone! The excursion booking agent at Windjammer Landing was INCREDIBLY helpful. We saw beautiful scenery, coastline, snorkeled briefly, had some snacks and drinks, enjoyed Hotel Chocolate, and a beautiful sunset cruise.

From the planning stages to the actual travel experience, everything was well-organized and thoughtfully arranged. The itinerary was well-balanced, allowing us to see Egypt’s major historical and cultural highlights without feeling rushed. Transportation was reliable and comfortable, accommodations were well chosen, and the overall logistics ran smoothly. It was clear that the company has strong local connections and a deep understanding of travel in Egypt. Our guides were knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, providing meaningful historical context while also being flexible to our interests...
