A trip to remember!

Carol was phenomenal from start to finish! My family really wanted to stay at Pop Century to be close to the Skyliner and although we could not find vacancy she called Disney frequently in hopes of securing a reservation. She went out of her way to make this possible so the extra work was much appreciated. She checked on us during our stay and gave us little updates that were helpful. As of this writing, we currently have a second trip booked with Carol and hope to book with her for years to come!

A dream trip come true!

Carol takes care of every little detail and keeps up with all of them so that you don’t have to! This was especially important as our trip was rebooked by the cruise line 2X due to Covid. Carol was on top of it and was always looking out to get us the most bang for our buck.

Best family vacation so far

Carol is the best. We had never used a travel agent before but but this year it was different and we didn’t want to do the planning. She was referred to us by a friend and she met and exceeded our expectations. We didn’t know exactly where we wanted to go and she helped us narrow it down and gave us a bunch of options. Once we selected a location she gave us additional options and we were able to book excursions as well. When we got in country she stayed in contact and at one point we decided to cancel one excursion and go on another. In country the company gave us a hard time so I let her know and she took care of everything and ensured we received a refund. Having her there made the trip stress free and we will be definitely using her again on our next family vacation. I would encourage anyone to give her a chance because you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were very pleased working with Carol. We hadn’t had but one professional planned trip before, so we’re really “green” about everything involved. She planned 3 trips for us, and all were very well done. She has unlimited patience and answered all of our questions numerous times. She made me feel like no question I asked was a silly one, and always gave an explanation when we asked for one. The places she booked for us were just what we hoped for.
