Jenny Helms helped organize and reserve our recent 9 day travel adventure to southeast Alaska, with "Uncruise." Jenny did an awesome job and took care of all the details. We were especially surprised when there was a transport person waiting for us at the Juneau airport for transport to our hotel where we stayed the night. before going on the ship. We have used Jenny's services before and highly recommend her as she is easy to work with and attentive to details and follow up assistance.

When I began planning our trip to Europe, I realized there were many moving parts and I found myself getting mired down in them. It was then I reached out to Sunrise Travel and Jenny. She lived up to her good reviews. Every step of the way, she checked in with me. She was very willing to work with me as I booked some of our lodging separately. As flight times changed and were cancelled, she alerted me and then seamlessly made the necessary changes. All I had to do was pack! She made hotel reservations for us in Dublin and Toronto, again checking in about price ranges. The locations of both hotels were perfect and fit our needs well.
