Perfect despite the weather!

So we were headed to the beautiful state of Hawaii on the Norwegian Cruise Ship, Pride of America. The ship was perfect. Susan secured a wonderful stateroom with a balcony. She helped us with everything and made sure we were taken care of. However the weather did not cooperate. We experienced unprecedented rain not seen in 20 years. She made sure we got all of our reimbursements for cancelled excursions.
I can honestly say though that she helped us experience the saying; a rainy day in Hawaii is better than a sunny day anywhere else. I recommend Susan very highly!

Our Disney Trip- Practically Perfect in Every Way

I was not a first-time visitor to Disney World, but Susan still taught me so much to help make our family trip truly incredible. She provided timely communication over the phone and email, saved us money with deals and discounts, and even worked late into the night or early in the morning to help us get the dining and experience reservations that were a high priority. She also provided tons of practical tips for everything from groceries and transportation to accessing the help and special services our family needed. She even recommended new restaurants to try that our now our new favorites in Disney World! Above all, she was kind and caring and genuinely excited for our family to enjoy a magical vacation. This past summer we reached out to Susan to help plan our vacation to Arizona. We had never flown out west before and Susan came highly recommended. Most Magical Trip Ever!

When we decided to go to Disney World, I had no idea how complex the planning process would be. I am so happy that I had Susan by my side to guide me through each step and to ensure we had the most magical time on our first trip! She went above and beyond by making sure we got the dinner reservations we wanted, booking our transportation, and even answering questions while we were on vacation! Susan has booked two vacations for us in the past two years. Our Disney trip was magical and recent Royal Caribbean cruise was amazing. Susan will work with any budget and responds to emails and all of your questions in a timely manner. She handles logistics so you don't have to which was great for my family. Susan got to know our family before suggesting hotels, restaurants, and activities at Disney. When she booked our cruise, we had a lot of questions but Susan always had an answer for us. AMAZING 11 day (Royal Carribean) cruise with frien

As soon as I contacted Susan to see if she could help with an upcoming trip we wanted to plan out, she was on it! She has the calmest, most pleasant demeanor and never made us feel pressured or rushed, but rather that we had control over what we wanted, or didn't want, included in our agenda. She asked the questions that we didn't even think about, and all along the way she would send TIPS and suggestions for our cruise - such as places to go, hotels near the port, excursions, hints about the private island (such as the heated pool in the adults only area!!!) and best of all, ways we could save money. She included a "what to pack" list that was hugely helpful. It was the little things such as clothespins and magnetized hooks for the room that really came in handy and I wouldn't have thought about, especially since it's been about 20 years since our last cruise.
