I cannot say enough about the services Susan provides and the care and time she puts into ensuring the trip goes off without any issues!

Susan was amazing. Once we put a deposit down for our cruise Susan kept watching for lower prices and any extras she could find for us. She was able to include gratuities as well. We have already booked another cruise using Susan. Highly recommend using her. She has so much knowledge about travel.

Our exoett try wince was great because of Susan. She checked out the place we found and made sure everything was going to be what it was supposed to be. I can’t do any trips without her. She’s the best!

I began designing a 12-day vacation to Greece for my family of 5 in January 2026. I quickly discovered that Greece, and all its nuances, is not an easy task. Susan was quick to embrace my planning frenzy and helped by making many of the phone calls needed to secure the double and triple rooms my family of 5 requires. As you probably know, this is not easy in Europe because most rooms are doubles. Susan also scheduled much of our island and airport transportation, as well as several tours and a cooking class. For each destination in Greece, we needed a van for 5. It was important to me to secure drivers I could count on to show up long before I was in Greece. Because of Susan's attention to detail, we had reliable transportation throughout the Greek islands and Athens. But where we relied on Susan the most was in Athens. We arrived late one evening and found that our hotel was severely misrepresented online and unfortunately uninhabitable. Everyone was distraught and hungry, but all we knew was that there was absolutely no way we could stay the night. Fortunately, we had Susan. She sprang into action the minute we called and moved us to a gorgeous boutique hotel at 11 p.m. Athens time. Within the hour, we transferred seamlessly, and everyone was thrilled with our new accommodation. I am not exaggerating when I say this act literally saved our vacation. If Susan hadn't been there for us, it would have put a serious damper on the last leg of our once-in-a-lifetime family trip. And it didn't end there; after we returned home, Susan went to bat for us, and we were fully refunded for our trouble. If you are considering a consultant for your next vacation adventure, do not hesitate to call Susan Callender. She's responsive, kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. She saves you a ton of time and aggravation, and she'll hang in there if the going gets tough. Go forth and see the world, but take Susan along.

Our amazing Disneyworld vacation would not have been exceptional without Susan’s expertise, attention to every detail and her Customer Service. Our party of 10 ranged in age from 5 to 69 and everyone had a great time. Susan booked our hotel accommodations including Meal plan, made our dinner reservations, booked our transportation and made our grand daughter’s eighth birthday special. Susan followed with me throughout the planning process and checked in several times while we were there. I highly recommend Susan; she’s now Helping me plan another vacation to Italy. I trust her completely and think you will too.
