Cancun All-inclusive Trip:

It was exactly what I wanted. Very simple, no frills, but very clean and nice. The service was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I could walk anywhere I wanted to go. In fact, I walked so much in one pair of flip flops that they both had holes and I had to throw them away. The beach was close, and so were the shops. I never took a taxi anywhere.
I took a tour to Tulum and viewed the ruins. That was Awesome! I took a tour to Playa Plaiso and to Coba and climbed a pyramid. I also rode bikes, hiked through the jungle and swam in the ocean.
It was just the active type of vacation that I wanted.

I will say that to stay at that location, it is helpful to speak Spanish. Most of the people at the hotel were Mexican citizens and no one that I came in contact with was fluent in English. On the tours, I was the only American. All others were European.

Lenora is one of the best I've worked with in the travel business. She helped to make my experience fun and enjoyable, giving information I needed to swim with the dolphins in Cancun. She worked tirelessly to help with a problem I'd had with another agent and altho it wasn't solved she gave me a wine extra voucher to make up for someone else's unconcern. She was always available when I had questions, and returned my calls quickly. She is likable and easy going and I definitely recommend Ms Shope for any cruise or travel plans you might want or need.

Lenora is efficient and timely. I have gone on trips with groups that have another travel agent. It is often like pulling teeth to get an answe back if I have a question. Lenora gets back to her clients immediately. I have recommended her to several friends who have been very gphappy with her.
