Kristen is a phenomenal agent that helped me plan a trip to WDW for 7 people and I had a wonderful experience, both in the planning phase and then enjoying the trip itself. She spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone/via email discussing my hopes for the trip, then she put together a plan that helped my family take full advantage of the parks! She knew exactly how to coordinate dining/FastPasses to ensure a smooth day, I felt confident walking into the parks with these plans even though I haven't visited WDW in over 25 years! Also, when a not-so-magical illness took hold of some of my family members at the end of the trip, Kristen was readily available to help me navigate the best ways to manage the situation and salvage the remainder of the trip for those in our party that weren't sick. Kristen simply took the stress of planning away and helped our family savor this vacation, her hard work has been invaluable to us as are the precious memories we made on our trip!

Kristan chose the perfect suite for our family. It was the how to train your Dragon family suite at Helios Hotel. She gave us great food recommendations and tips on every single park when we were visiting. We went to all three universal parks with fast passes and she was able to answer any question I had with ease and it was always able to provide top-notch service.

We had the best trip ever and it was all thanks to Kristen! She planned every little thing and our whole trip went so smoothly. It was the least stressful trip we’ve done, especially for a group of 9. She is a joy to work with!
