We were so lucky to have her on our girls trip. Without her we’d probably still be stuck in some foreign airport. She’s amazing at what she does. Super knowledgeable, helpful and calm under pressure. Even when our flight got cancelled and we were supposed to check out of our hotel, she stepped right in and figured all the logistics out for us.

The most recent trips: We wanted an anniversary trip to somewhere special. She knew just what we needed! A fabulous trip to Jamaica with a room on the water and a butler to take care of everything! Then when we wanted to take the family to Walt Disney World, she knew just what hotel would be wow our family!

Chrissy did a great job of helping us book our first ever cruise. Found us great options and good prices. Once we made a decision on the cruise we wanted she took care of the rest and made sure we had a great room, in the perfect location, with fantastic views of the incredible scenery.

Chrissy has been amazing from the start. She was so patient and was even available to chat on the phone when I requested. We originally were looking into a cruise to Greece but decided it was too far from the kids and a little over our budget. She did a great job sending us several suggestions and options once we told her that we needed to make a shift. Once she emailed us all the details on her recommended locations based on what are needs were she was available to talk on the phone and talk me and my husband through all the highlights of each location so that we could make a decision on where to go. Chris and I were blown away by the resort. It was stunning. We loved that it was so big, so it never felt crowded, and it had so many hidden areas to sit and lounge in. We loved the food and entertainment. We spent most of our time in the main infinity pool but did enjoy our swim up pool to our room as well. This location had a constant breeze so it never felt too hot. Everywhere we sat had a view of the ocean followed by the relaxing breeze. We had such a wonderful time it was perfect for what we were celebrating.

She was super-quick to respond to me when I first reached out for help and instead of scheduling a meeting to talk more about what I was interested in, she read my initial statement about where I wanted to go and immediately provided me with lodging recommendations.

We have used Chrissy twice now, once on a Disney vacation and once on a Caribbean cruise, and both times have been easy and flawless. Chrissy's services were priceless and planned out both our trips effortlessly. She is easy to communicate with and has lots of tidbits of info to share to make your experience the best it can be. My family wanted to go to Universal and I had no idea where to start. I called Chrissy Samples and she took care of all the heavy lifting. She asked me some questions and had a hand full of great options for us within an hour or two. We decided to stay a Hard Rock Universal, go to the park for 3 days and had an awesome trip. Per Chrissy's recommendation we pre book our dinning for all 4 nights (game changer to have reservations). When we checked in I realized that I booked our flights on the wrong day. I called Chrissy and she said "not a problem". She was able to find us a room at one of the Disney resorts (on marathon weekend), on very short notice. We ended up doing Disney for one day and had a blast. Universal for 3 days and a bonus day at Disney 😂.
