Hello! I'm Michelle Gaudet. A Certified Travel Counsellor, group travel host and the owner of Inspired Travel Adventures 2019 & 2020 Niagara Falls Review Readers' Choice 1st place award winner for Best Travel Agency.
Everyone's travel desires are unique, and I am there to help you navigate the unlimited options available to you. Whether you want to roam the cobblestone streets of Cusco, explore the magnificent ruins of Machu Picchu, or enjoy a gastronomy experience in Lima with some of the best chefs in the world, I can create the perfect itinerary for your upcoming adventure.
I work with you to find out what you want from your trip, and then I work with my trusted supplier partners to find the best value offerings with the desired amenities suited to your needs.
Creating custom itineraries is my specialty.
One of my all-time favourite trips was a three-month backpacking adventure with my husband and kids through Peru. I had the chance to visit a second time in 2019 with G Adventures as I was chosen as a G Adventures Changemaker for the volunteer work I've done to help end the stigma of mental health problems in my community.
I'm excited to exploring Peru again in 2022 as the leader of a group of travellers on "An Inspired travel Adventure to Machu Picchu" a 10-day small group travel adventure exploring from Lima to the Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu.

G- Adventure tour.

Michelle met with us a few times to understand what we interested in. Her suggestion of a G-Adventure tour met both our needs -sunny destination but not a resort with snorkeling! The guides involved in the tour were excellent and we learned so much the wildlife and culture of the Belizean people. All our flights and connections and transit worked out perfectly and Michelle sent us with a full itinerary and let us know we could contact her at anytime. For a slightly nervous traveler - this made all the difference and we would definitely book with her again

Amazing Group Camino Experience

I had a dream to create an adventure for a group of women to walk the Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain. Michelle not only found a Spanish support company but had the chance to meet and speak to the owners during a Tourism Conference. Memorable bucket list trip

This was our first trip to Spain and we were really unsure as to how to see as much as we could in two weeks. I travelled with 2 friends and we had a few calls with her to plan and she did not disappoint. We wanted apartments where we could and she found them. Michelle worked within my price range, she took the time to make me more comfortable about traveling to a location I was uncertain about, she nailed everything on my must have list and more! We also had an issue with our transportation back to the airport the night before we left and Michelle got back to me quickly with the information I needed and the problem was solved. Michelle exceeded our expectations as a travel agent! This summer our family of six (including four teenagers) embarked on a European whirlwind trip of five countries (Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland and France) in 16 days. Michelle was a wealth of experience and information as we planned our trip; asking questions to determine our travel interests and desires and working with us to determine the best travel options and accommodations for our adventures! Although all of her help was amazing, the icing on the cake was the Trip Plans App that was downloaded on our all phones and had all our travel information in one place, from boarding passes and train tickets to accommodation details and excursion passes. While COVID made our planning a little challenging and forced us to make some changes in our plans, Michelle guided us through our decisions and helped us secure the right location for our group. Planning with a group can definitely be challenging but Michelle was patient with us which was greatly appreciated. She was available and responsive when we had questions prior to our vacation. Our small and eclectic group of travellers wanted a fairly specific itinerary, within a tight time frame with a couple of non-negotiable requests. We had approached another agent that was not able to accomodate us at all, and I was getting concerned about being able to put the trip together. As soon as we started talking to Michelle, everything got considerably easier, everything was able to be fit in and everything got booked. Transatlantic cruise

We contacted Michelle to advise that we were interested in doing a transatlantic cruise. She found us a great deal on one particular cruise and booked everything for us including air and pre and post cruise hotels. Unfortunately the pandemic struck. Michelle kept in frequent contact with us to let us know what was going on. When the cruise was ultimately cancelled and then the flights she went to work to secure our refunds and cancel our hotel bookings. She has done all the work contacting the cruise line, airlines and travel insurance provider during a time when the wait times to speak to someone in these industries can be hours. Whenever we had a question she would answer us quickly and if she didn’t know the answer she would research and get right back to us. She definitely took the stress off of us having to deal with all of this. It was the pandemic that made us realize the importance of booking with a travel agent. We highly recommend Michelle for any travel.

Bucket List Trip

Michelle was awesome to work with for my bucket list trip to Peru. She was very knowledgeable, patient and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. While we were away she made sure to be available 24-7 if any problems arose. Michelle had previously travelled throughout Peru and knew the country very well. Because of that she was able to recommend some amazing places to see that I had never heard of before. As I saw, there is way more to Peru than just Lima and Machu Picchu. Michelle planned everything for the trip so that all we had to worry about while away was getting up and dressed. It was definitely the trip of a lifetime and I have Michelle to thank for this awesome experience. I hope to go back to Peru one day and explore more of the country and maybe revisit some of those really cool places I saw only because of Michelle’s recommendations. I will definitely be contacting Michelle to arrange that trip and all future trips.
