What an exciting time, completing my career in corporate America and moving into my passion 'Travel'. I am so blessed to be learning about topics I absolutely love. I have been a 'traveler' for as long as I can remember, from trips to Grandmother and Granddaddy's house in Pompano Beach, FL to the Great Pyramids in Giza to the Western Wall in Jerusalem. I love the water (beaches, waterfalls, rivers, etc) if i am missing, look for me in Hawaii or Destin :) I love to travel this beautiful country of ours - there are so many remarkable places to see. I look forward to helping people enjoy an adventure of a lifetime or maybe just a trip to rest and reflect. My most traveled areas are Italy, Hawaii, New York, New England, Santa Fe, San Francisco area and the incredible Emerald Coast of Florida. In recent years have enjoyed incredible trips to Europe (river cruising), Croatia, Iceland, Mexico, Costa Rica and others. I love helping clients plan and enjoy incredible adventures.

Kay expertly navigated the needs and personalities of 8 people to appropriately balance group time with individual time which made the trip easy. Whether planned like a carriage ride and cemetery tour or spontaneous like Tybee Island and a picnic in Reynolds Square, Kay ensured a top notch experience (the southern fried chicken from the Olde Pink House delivered to our picnic being the coup de grace). Kay was professional -- organized, communicative and patient -- as well as enjoyable. Kay made magic happen.

A wonderfully planned trip. Our accommodations were top notch and very picturesque. Our transportation was always on time if not early. Tours and side trips were great and fun. We had planned time yet plenty of free time. Just the right balance.

Working with Kay Force Travel was a pleasure. She prepared a detailed itinerary with carefully-planned excursions. There was plenty of free time for alternate activities by individuals in addition to the fun group activities at dinner and on the beach. Mother/Daughter trip

Kay was amazing to work with. From the very beginning to the very end. She was always able to answer all of my questions. Our plans started out with 3 people going to UVI. And then the hurricanes hit. We were forced to change our entire trip. Kay was wonderful with all of the changes that had to happen. We had to cancel our first trip and basically start completely over. Kay was wonderful with providing recommendations of other destinations. We decided on Turks and Caicos. Kay put together several estimates for us, with different dates and different resorts. And then, we lost one of our travelers. Kay was very patient in putting together another set of costs with just 2 travelers instead of 3. By the end of all of this, I really felt like Kay was a new friend. She was very sweet by calling before our trip to tell us to have a great time. And when we returned back home, she called to ask how everything went.

I was incredibly anxious planning my first trip to Italy and quickly became overwhelmed and more anxious as I tried to do it on my own. A friend referred me to Kay and she rescued me! She was incredibly easy to work with and made planning and thinking about the trip FUN instead of dreadful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and after years in the business has excellent contacts with guides and recommended tours, things to see, etc. Everything she arranged for us was absolutely first class. She planned the whole multi-city tour and made our connections for us. She developed an itinerary that was fun and easy to follow and execute, using tools that I would never have known about. She took all the weight off of me, giving me clear guidelines on what I needed to do and following up. It was so much easier for me to work with a real live person rather than trying to do everything online. I highly highly recommend Kay for any trip you might be planning.

Unforgettable Trip to Switzerland

Kay’s expert planning of our short trip to Switzerland was masterful! She managed to plan a package trip that gave us the best experiences we wanted. The hotels in St. Moritz and Zermatt were the perfect choice – comfortable, accommodating, convenient and excellent service. The train rides on the Bernina Express from St. Moritz to Tirano, and on the Glacier Express from St. Moritz to Zermatt were a great choice. It gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy the breath-taking scenery of the Swiss countryside and Alpine villages, and mountains. Kay goes above and beyond to make sure all details are taken care of. She even drove all the way to meet me to help with setting up a Swiss Travel app on my phone! Kay’s communications are great. She stays in touch by phone, email and text, and even gave us a heads up about some last-minute changes to our transportation while in Switzerland. Thank you, Kay, for planning such a great trip! Kay is so good to work with. This 3 month trip included a coach tour, a Windstar cruise of the Greek Islands and numerous places on our own. We traveled through at least 8 countries by train and ferry, I don’t fly. It was long and complicated and Kay patiently helped us get it all together, schedules, tickets, and great hotels. The PERFECT 30th Anniversary Trip to Europe!

Beautiful Danube Cruise

We had a wonderful experience on our Viking River cruise in September 2021, thanks in large part to the advice and service provided by Kay Force. She was a great help in booking our pre-cruise hotel in Budapest. It was terrific - very nice, close to restaurants and shopping. Dream Vacation!

We went to Barcelona and then Greece. Kay was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. She totally saved the day for me personally when I forgot all my travel documents at home and was able to email me everything I needed so I didn't miss my flight! The hotels we stayed in were lovely and well located and I really enjoyed the tours she set up for us as well. The best part was the small cruise we went on throughout the Greek Islands. That boat was so cool and we loved all the personal attention. I would definitely recommend it to everyone! A huge thanks to Kay for making this so easy. Most Magical Trip to Most Magical Place on Earth

After decades of planning family trips, I was too busy and frankly too overwhelmed with the endless options to put this Disney World trip together. So, I turned to Kay, who I had heard about from my sister. One phone call, and every aspect of the five-day trip for my two daughters and me was perfectly planned to suit our wishes.
We booked our February trip last July, and Kay was in touch regularly over the ensuing months, checking in on payments, reservations, etc. What a relief to have a professional handling everything, and how great for that professional to be so conscientious, skilled, and just plain nice. We had an amazing time, in large part due to Kay's suggestions on where to stay based on what we wanted to do while at Disney World. I would highly recommend Kay Force for all your travel needs.

Not only is Kay great at organizing and planning a fun trip, but she is on top of her game the whole vacation. Down to the smallest details like figuring out how the TV or Wifi worked, making sure everyone had all of the updated gate/access codes...even getting more towels, Kay was all over it and made me and others feel like our question or issue was her top priority.
