Nancy helped us with arrangements to stay in Kauai for 4 days and Maui for 6. She handled booking flights between islands, transfers, hotel accommodations and a couple events/tours (luau and whale watching). She provided excellent documentation on all of the arrangements and met with us ahead of time to thoroughly review our itinerary. Additionally, she communicated with the shuttle service AND with us as we were trying to make those connections at the airports. A very fine job all around.

Nancy planned a great bestie trip to Vegas! The Oz show at the Sphere was amazing! I never travel without Nancy, she's been planning my trips for the last 12 yrs.

The very best for arranging your trip! She has taken us to Jamaica, the islands of Greece, the Maldives, and 7 countries of Europe! She handles everything from start to finish and we have never had a hiccup. I recommend so many times over!

Resort had it's issues, but still an organized and wonderful trip

The planning process was easy however the resort itself needed lots of updates. Food was mediocre and I had to call 3 times to get wash clothes, tissue and waste basket. Not my best experience at an all inclusive!

Nancy assisted our family of 8 travel first to Dubai 12/21/25 to 12/26 and then to Egypt 12/27/25 to 1/4/3026. 2 adult daughters, their spouses and 3 grandchildren ages 16, 14 and 11.

It was good...we were able to do the things we had preplanned and paid to do although it rained everyday. It stopped us from seeing more of the Nashville area. We made the best of it and it didn't stop us from doing things. We cannot control the weather. Then best food was at Jason Aldean's

The best thing about working with Nancy is that I can email her with the specifics of what I am looking for in a vacation, she does all the research and coordinating, and all I have to do is approve her selection...and pay the bill. :-) She always responds immediately to questions and concerns, and keeps us informed about steps we need to take along the way. The convenience is greatly appreciated.

Traveled with Gate 1 Saw Mount Rushmore, Badlands, Old Faithful, Grand Tetons, Crazy Horse , went to a Rodeo, took a raft trip down the snake river in Utah

I loved that Nancy listened to what we wanted to do and accomplish. She helped navigate and guide us with all of my questions and made the trip stress-free. Her knowledge and research helped me make memories with my daughter I didn't know I could do If I planned this myself.

Nancy did a wonderful job of scheduling our tour and our excursions! Our group of 8 were given a specific agenda, drivers names and phone numbers prior to leaving. Celtic Tours provided a lovely agenda. Everyone showed up on schedule. All hotel reservations were as scheduled. We even had a special tour to an “in the country” cookery where we all made our own soda bread - it was a highlight of our trip! We were all impressed with the organization and the wonderful schedule that was planned for us. I highly recommend Nancy and Celtic Tours for our Chauffeured Tour of Ireland!

Nancy provided great travel advice

Working with Nancy made everything so simple. We had private transfers that took us directly from the Cancún airport to our resort! Once at the resort, Nancy requested our rooms be close together and they had us just 4 rooms away from each other. That was absolutely perfect. During our stay Nancy checked in to ensure everything was going smooth and reminded us to check in for our departure transfers as well check in for our flights! We were able to relax and not have to “think” about anything. Once we landed we received a Welcome Home text from Nancy which reassured us that she had been watching our flight(s) to make sure no delays or changes were being made. We would not travel without the services of Luxury Journey Travel!

Everything went as planed the flights were on time , car rental was quick and easy. The bolted was a little late getting our room clean but it worked out!

Nancy cares well for her clients! She always goes the extra mile with information with flight changes or delays. We flew during the time of a very large hurricane (not at our destination but we flew over it getting to our destination) and we were worried. Nancy took time to calm our fears and reassure us that she would never send us out into a dangerous situation and took our calls after hours to answer any questions we had. I fully trust Nancy with all of the travel plans for my family and friends. She has repeat business for life from me!
