Communicative, helpful, patient

Mandy worked very hard to pull together a very last minute (one evening) to celebrate the approval to adopt our daughters from foster care. She booked us Thursday evening and we left the next morning at 4am. She was able to get us both Crystal Palace and Tusker House character breakfast reservations with that short of notice. Even more impressive were the fast passes for 5 to Flights of Passage! She provided the extra touch of having gifts sent to the room for our daughters. At ages 13 and 19, it was there first time in Disney. Mandy helped make it one we will never forget!

Mandy helped us plan a sweet 16 for our son. He loves Universal and it was everything we hoped for and some. She was quick to respond to questions and got us the best price. We will certainly be using her again and again for our future vacays.

Mandy listened to what I needed for accommodations then booked our resort, purchased our tickets to the parks plus gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants and rides. It was so easy working with her and our trip was great.
