Tracie perfectly coordinated a river cruise for us and friends even tho we lived in different states and our stays post cruise were also different. She had several puzzle pieces to put together and she did that with ease and successfully. Her communication was excellent, answering every question timely and specifically. Let me start by saying my father, aka Papaw, loves to take his grandbabies on vacations. Unfortunately, in 2024 while heading down to the beach on Spring Break, our truck was hit head on. Thankfully everyone has recovered from those injuries; but we were never able to enjoy Spring Break 2024. Fast forward to 2025, I was on a mission to make up for last year and wanted to make sure we had a Spring Break that had memories that would last a lifetime. The only person I knew who could complete this mission was Tracie. From the very start Tracie began making recommendations for what we needed to do and where we needed to stay to make our trip to Disney a pleasant experience. She exceed our expectations. My dad and the entire family were beyond satisfied! We stayed at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and will 1000% stay there again. Everything was so well planned even down to getting a scooter for my mother. We could not recommend Tracie enough!
