Family Vacation & All Inclusive Travel

This was not my first time to Disney, but it was my first time planning a trip to Disney for my family. I had no idea where to start. Sarah was recommended to me by a good friend and I feel like we won the travel agent lottery!! She was more than informed of everything Disney, super pleasant to work with, and saved us a ton of money! I had TOTAL confidence in how she reserved everything for us. She was very receptive to all questions and concerns we had throughout the year as we started planning VERY early. I can confidently say this was the best trip to Disney I’ve ever had, and so much in part because of Sarah. I will most definitely book with her again in the future and highly recommend her for anyone else looking to go to Disney!

Sarah planned our trip to Punta Cana and we stayed in an all inclusive Royalton resort. Sarah planned everything, down to giving us enough time in Atlanta to go through customs and make our flight back to Birmingham with plenty of time. Sarah was very informative about how to get passports for our kids (and ours renewed). She also was available to answer questions anytime I emailed her. I highly recommend Sarah as a travel agent, if you want to alleviate stress and have an amazing vacation!

Sarah was wonderful to work with while planning our Disney World trip. It can all be pretty overwhelming and for the most part we wanted to just show up and have fun - she made this possible! Had an amazing experience with Sarah handling our arrangements. We visited Universal Studios (both the main park & Islands of Adventure) as well as Hollywood Studios @ Disney World. I was super concerned if it would be fun during the pandemic. Sarah visited Orlando herself after the parks reopened and documented it on her social feeds. It was her first hand knowledge of the parks, the parks' technology /apps, logistics and well-managed expectations that really reduced the stress on this trip. She was super responsive and always happy to help answer questions when helping us make decisions. She even checked in with us while we were down there! Every park we visited was diligent in keeping people safe--I never felt unsafe. After a day or so, we got used to wearing masks... even in the August heat. Sarah's a mom who loves to travel with her family, so I felt like she was help planning the kind of trip she would love to take. Sarah's the tops... have her plan your next vacation!

Where do I begin? Sarah is AWESOME. We booked a cruise with Carnival in I believe November for 18 family members and Sarah has been our guidance thru it all. We unfortunately had to re-schedule due to COVID-19 and Sarah has been there for us well beyond her CALL OF DUTY!!!!! Sarah is Fantastic, and I really mean she is Great. She has cancelled, re-booked and continues to serve us well by getting the lowest prices she can for us. Our cruise has been rescheduled for the end of July, hopefully our Country will be back to normal by then. If not, Sarah will come to our rescue once again. Let me assure you, she is the best Travel Agent you will ever have!!!!!
