This was my first time ever using a travel agency. I made the decision since we were traveling across the US to visit California & Oregon for the 1st time. Shannon did a GREAT job asking me all the questions she needed that I didn't know I did! Every location was perfect for our needs & she suggested several things/places for us! Shannon and the travel team really helped to make our first family trip and first cruise a hit! Our room was perfect and even had some sand toys for our toddler which was awesome.
