I produce and manage a professional theater company, which travels approximately 28 weeks a year performing coast-to-coast. The touring company usually requires more than 700 hotel rooms per season. Finding and booking this many hotels are daunting tasks because of the necessary criteria we have for choosing the right place to stay. They include convenience of location, group safety and comfort, accessible parking for oversized vehicles, availability of breakfast, and a very strict budget.

We booked a family trip for 17 to the Turks and Caicos forJune, 2020. Due to COVID, we had to rebook it twice.
