Shawna was attentive to my needs. She included services that enhanced my experience such as the Secrets of Barcelona Tour. What a wonderful treat! That experience increased my knowledge bank of the city's history. Also, Shawna made herself available throughout the trip. She called to "check-in" before my flight took off to Barcelona, and asked that I check in with her upon my return. Feels good to work with an agent who does more than book your trip. Shawna is kind, compassionate, energetic and full of life. Thank you for helping to make my solo adventure special.

No problems while on trip, all reservations was accurate and punctual. Ww enjoyed the beautiful landscape of the country and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We were very satisfied with the service provided by Shawna and will definitely recommend and use her again

My overall vacation experience with MUEC Consultants & Travel was excellent.  We had a five star service from beginning to end with our travel agent. This was our first time in Jamaica and we had an awesome time!  We didn't know we were going to have that much fun!  We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Shawna to our friends and colleagues for any travel adventures.
