Ted did a great job with our trip. He went above and beyond with his help and tips. I won't use anyone else. Alex

Ted was awesome. We had so many wonderful experiences on our trip, it's hard to pick a favorite

Ted helped my family of four squeeze in as much as possible on a 8-day trip to Italy to attend a wedding. Before the festivities, we wanted to do as much as we could. Can we do Rome and Florence in 3 1/2 days and still have fun? Yes! Can we throw in Pompeii, a foodie tour, and a day of rest? Yes! Ted gave us an itinerary that was easy to traverse but packed with fun, hooked us up with a couple of great guides, and gave us good advice on catching a red-eye flight out of Naples. Everything went according to plan. When the time comes to travel abroad again, we will ask Ted for guidance.

Our trip was amazing. Ted planned everything and it all worked perfectly and with little stress, as we were alone in Normandy with a rental car. Ted gave us a list of places that we could visit and we hit as many as we could. Normandy area is emotional, beautiful and the villages were charming. The places we stayed were fabulous, food was amazing. In Paris the same thing and Ted had given us direction on places to try to see. The Finesse Barge on the Burgundy Canal that Ted steered us to, was out of this world. We made fast friends with the crew, were treated like royalty, ate delicious food prepared by an extraordinary chef, and saw amazing country side and villages - along with delightful tours. They gave Don a wonderful birthday party, both at lunch and on the barge. Our hotels were over the moon delightful, and Paris was the most delightful city I have ever seen. It really was a dream come true for us.

Ted was very easy to work with and very helpful. He helped us narrow down options for a vacation that would fit our requests and our budget.

Ted took care of everything, from start to finish. We had a lot of extra details involved when planning this trip and Ted handled all with ease, expertise and a bit of humor along the way. He made all of us feel that we would always be in good hands. We will definitely use him in the future.

Ted was patient, yet thorough and gently aggressive to get the trip planned, which is something we needed

Ted is a well-informed, enthusiastic, and conscientious travel advisor. We were extremely happy with his recommendations, and would not hesitate to work with him again!

Ted is very knowledgeable, energetic, fun to talk with and great at communicating with his clients. He always has ideas for what to see and do where we are traveling. He is always making sure we have what we need to have the best trip possible. I highly recommend Ted and have already booked another trip through him (we just came back two weeks ago from Greece). When my husband experienced a fall in Greece, Ted responded to my text immediately and called our travel insurance people to notify them. I was grateful for his assistance and are glad we booked with a travel agent as savvy and on top of things as is Ted.

Ted was very patient with us first-time European travelers. He listened carefully, and put together a fantastic agenda covering everything we hoped!

We knew which areas we wanted to visit. Beyond that, Ted planned our entire trip. Everything was fantastic.

Calm, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Ted planned a trip of a lifetime for my family to visit Europe. We had an amazing time and everything went flawlessly. Thanks, Ted!

Very professional and listens to what my needs are.

Ted was very great to work with, he is very knowledgeable with excursions. Walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions promptly.
It was nice because I have never booked a cruise before and he took care of everything. Will definitely use Ted again for our travel plans again.

It exceeded my expectations, Ted was very visible, helpful at every turn and assured all of us had what we needed or wanted. He was both helpful and compassionate with an elderly member of our group and saw to extra services that were needed without having to be asked.

Teds attention to detail, selection of hotels, etc reflected his experience & knowledge.

I found Ted very helpful in arranging details for our trip to France. I chose I I I chose Ted because of his experience in French travel. I appreciated his attention to detail and the advice that he gave me. Travel arrangements that he made were great. Especially appreciated advice and arrangements about the rental car. Advice about air travel and not including train travel was good, as well.

Ted led this trip from Saint Paul and back. He provided help and guidance beyond the call of a 'good' guide. Jim Foley

He was very kind, professional and helpful with all our questions! We are already thinking of our next trip and will definitely use Ted again.

Ted is an amazing travel agent!
After Celebrity cancelled our cruise with no warning and very little time before departure, I reached out to Ted asking if he can help. I found Ted to have an incredible in-depth knowledge of the Alaska cruises and tours and after spending a few mins to learn about our family and what we want from a cruise, Ted had suggested Princess Royal. Our whole family (grandparents, parents, kids) had an amazing time and everything Ted recommended was accurate. Ted also was a huge help organising excursions and all the tips he suggested were really invaluable. I'd only ever book a cruise with Ted again. He is patient, super responsive and very trustworthy. He really did make everything easy, straightforward and gave us all a wonderful cruise with fantastic memories.

This was the first time that my family has/had used a travel agent for planning a family vacation. We are so glad that we did. With they way travel fluctuates nowadays, it would have been a mistake NOT to. Ted was extremely helpful and held our hand through the whole process. He kept us up to date on itinerary changes and COVID rules for ALL the different countries that we went to. Even when things didn’t go as planned, he answered our call….and that was with an EIGHT hour time difference. On top of that, we had a solution within half an hour. We couldn’t have had such a memorable family trip without Ted’s expert advice and guidance. We will most definitely use Ted again for all of our future travel needs.

After a couple of brief conversations, Ted planned the perfect vacation for us. He was always friendly and very attentive to any questions we had. There was not one thing we would have changed about our trip.

Ted was very thorough in scheduling our two week trip, one week with Viking Cruise ship and the rest we added trips to other countries. We had never been to Europe before but with the expertise of Ted Blank, we had a safe, comfortable and awesome vacation.

Ted truly understood what we were looking for in our trip to the Canadian Rockies. The trip exceeded our expectations in all ways.

Ted was extremely knowledgeable about Paris, and how to navigate around the city. Ted also knew of a variety of sites to visit and places to go. Before I left, he was up to date on COVID restrictions for France and what tests I needed to get beforehand.

Great communication on our travel requests. Everything went according to plans and Ted followed up many steps along the way.

Ted is the best. He and Shannon helped us through every aspect of our recent Alaska cruse.

Ted was accessible,, timely, knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with.

Ted has always been so friendly and attentive in conversations be phone or email. When my husband and I are started to plan a cruise, Ted provided guidance and additional information for us to discuss before making our trip plans with him. I appreciated the ongoing communication to ensure that we were ready to travel and being asked if we needed anything in preparation. Ted is very knowledgeable and experienced in Alaska which gave us peace of mind in our excursions and travel plans.

Ted just makes it easy for me

Very professional and easy to work with. He is very responsive to requests, issues and questions.

We kept in contact through both the phone and the internet. Ted prepared a detailed itinerary for us and we were pleased by his thoroughness.

Working with Ted was such an easy and exciting process. He was great at answering my questions, knew so much about locations, and how to find just what I was looking for in my vacation. I would highly recommend using Ted for the next vacation as it was a very smooth journey!

Excellent! Every aspect of our vacation was considered in advance and taken care of. All transfers, pick up in top of the line vehicles and service, well thought-out guided tours and delicious food experiences. Thank youTED!

Ted is amazing in that he knows my likes and dislikes from simple conversation and makes suggestions that I hadn't thought of as vacation destinations. He handles "all aspects" of my trips and takes the anxiousness out of travel. Once we have decided on a destination, his follow-through sets him apart from other agents. He not only answers all questions, he puts my mind at easy with suggestions as how to smooth out challenges with international travel making all of my trips true vacations.

We just returned last night from our two-week trip on American River Cruises Snake/Columbia River itinerary PLUS three national parks. Ted was superb at helping us decide on the trip and work through all the details. Continually responded to our questions. Great trip AND outstanding help from our travel advisor.

A special call out to Ted for arranging a phenomenal trip to Egypt! The sites were AMAZING and the travel was TOTALLY PLANNED & UNEVENTFUL (which is a good thing!)!!! We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Other than a 1 day cruise stop, we’d never spent time in Jamaica. We requested an all inclusive stay on a great beach, and Ted suggested Couples Negril. It was just what we wanted - easy, relaxing vacation on a long, white sand beach for walking. Almost everyone we talked to had been returning there for multiple years, and we hope to join them!

Great time traveling with my girl friend and myself. Ted did a nice job setting up our trip!

What I liked best was the organization of the flights ,cruise.bus to ship, ect

We had an awesome experience on the Queen Elizabeth with Cunard going up the inside passage to Glacier Bay. The ship was beautiful, the staff excellent, and the scenery was beautiful. Our trip went very well for our first cruise, Ted Blank's plans and schedules worked out nicely for the plane and bus and ship. We'll do another cruise again!

Ted helped us plan and fulfill a long awaited European River Cruise that was wonderful. We enjoyed the cruise very much and so thankful for the help Ted and staff helped us with.

Ted is excellent to work with, very helpful and easy to communicate with.

very detail oriented. great advice. wonderful communication and answering questions

Ted was AWESOME to work with - helped us plan an amazing trip (Alaskan cruise) and was there to help us through some unexpected challenges with the airlines to get my kids to the ship - I’ve always planned my own trips in the past but, after this experience, I plan to use Ted for all my future trips!! ! Thanks Ted!!!

Ted put together the perfect anniversary trip to Hawaii for us! The accommodations were wonderful.!

Ted listened to our wishes and came through for us with a proposal for our 50th Anniversary Vacation. He listens, he plans, and communicates- taking the worry out of vacation travel. Outstanding- simply couldn't ask for better service!!

Ted was so thorough in planning and rescheduling our post-pandemic trip to French countryside. There were so many details he took care with tour guides and drivers that went very smoothly. We were happily surprised with all of his hotel and tour choices for us. He even arranged gluten free bread options for me at the hotel breakfasts! Thanks Ted!

We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. After we told Ted what we were looking for, he gave us a number of options - different locations and different budgets. After a discussion, we chose a location he highly recommended and we're so glad that we did. It was unbelievable. Ted was there from the moment we reached out to him until we returned for our trip. I would highly recommend Ted to any person, couple, or family looking for an experienced travel agent! We will use him again.

Thanks, Ted, for making this our best trip ever! The wineries we visited, chateaux we stayed at and our driver/guide were amazing.

Even as seasoned travelers, we would have never found these gems on our own.

Ted is knowledgable, approachable, and added so much to our trip.

We look forward to working with Ted on a Baltic Sea cruise next year.

Thanks Ted!

Ted put a very successful trip together for us even though the itinerary we gave him to work with was quite challenging, as we wanted to mix a trans-Atlantic crossing with land travel and to visit specific places which were often in remote locations. Besides that, Ted demonstrated great skill in selecting accommodations. Every place we stayed in was charming and unique -- and some were so special we want to go back! Ted is the "go to" guy!

We told Ted where we have travelled in the past, what we like, and that sunny relaxation was a requirement. He offered us several choices in Jamaica, in different parts of the country, and at a variety of costs within our budget range. This preview made it easy on us! We had just a few questions and Ted took care of everything. He made sure we received all of our pre-trip info and gave us some tips for our journey. Not a single hitch in the plan and one of the best vacations we have had in years. If you are looking for an agent whose knows of what he speaks from first hand experience and is willing to tailor-make your vacation, call Ted Blank!
