Working with Laura to plan our trip to Madrid was an absolute pleasure. First off, she really listened to our needs regarding a hotel and did not stop her research until she found just the perfect one in the perfect location for us. We were so happy there! She worked within our budget for flights and hotel, suggested a fun driving tour since it was a city we'd never been to, and set up private transport to and from the airport. All that to say, we felt so very taken care of, which we especially appreciated during Europe's historical heat wave! Laura is super organized, detail-oriented, and just a delight to work with. She made herself available and responded to all of our questions, no matter how trivial, in a timely manner. Because she genuinely loves travel you can tell she gets as excited for your trip as you do, which just makes it all the more fun to work with her. I look forward to planning our next trip!

I haven't used a travel agent in years - thought the internet had made them obsolete. I had a very complex itinerary, though (4 cities in 3 countries in 6 days), and my wife suggested I get some help. Laura came well recommended and it's obvious why: attention to detail. Laura found me unpublished airline prices that were as good or better than anything I found on Kayak, etc and they were DIRECT FLIGHTS. Her hotel recommendations were spot-on as well. More than that, though, Laura helped guide me into the right decisions taking into account all the other requirements I had. This was not clicking a button and crossing my fingers, I got to deal with a real PROFESSIONAL who cared about my needs and was working for ME. I've already used Laura to book another upcoming trip and will not only continue to use her but also to recommend her to others.
