Karen did a great job! Our travel went smoothly and everything on our vacation was great!

During what I'm sure is the busiest time of the year, winter, Karen got back to me so fast with my vacation questions and found us a wonderful last minute trip for our family of 7.

We have worked with Karen many times and she has always been very helpful and prompt in getting any questions answered for us regarding our travel itinerary and what we can expect when we arrive at our destination!

I have worked with Karen multiple times for vacation planning. I have simply told her where and when we would like to go and she takes care of the rest! She offers options for travel, best places to stay, suggestions on things to do, how to get around, and even ideas on where to eat. The best part about working with Karen, she has always been available before, during, and after the trip to answer any questions I have. She has made our love of travel so much easier!

Karen exceeded our expectations! My husband and I have never traveled out of the country so we decided it would be best to use a travel agent. We really didn't know how travel agents worked or what to expect, but we decided to give it a shot. We gave Karen our price range, dates of travel, and what all we would like included in the trip. She found a few options and we picked where we wanted to go. The entire trip, including flights, was all set up! The resort was beautiful, we never ran into any issues, and we had an AMAZING time on our honeymoon! We would recommend Karen to anyone looking to travel and not knowing where to start! She is great at answering any question you may have and making any adjustment to your trip that you may need or want!

For a first experience with Travel Travel Fargo-Moorhead, it was excellent.

Cruise ship was beautiful, family deluxe staterooms were spacious, food was also good. Everyone had a memorable time. Kids club amazing. Loved Castaway Cay

Karen was so helpful to pick a resort and make a recommendation. She was great to answer all of my questions, and had all the reservations booked very quickly. She suggested we have transportation from the airport to the resort done in advance, which she took care of. That was very much appreciated, as it was kind of hectic in that area. It was great to have it already handled! We had a most relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The all-inclusive resort we stayed met all of our expectations. I plan to work with Karen again next year, and would highly recommend her services to others. It took so much stress away from me having her do the planning and making all the arrangements. Thank you Karen!!

Great trip. Sandy, I and Jude were going to be stranded in Dallas on our way back. Our flight to pheonix was canceled until morning. Called Karen-no help. I checked American Airlines web sight. They had a flight leaving that early evening with seats available. Called Karen back to reschedule our flight. Now no answer. Went to find an American Airlines desk. Got on that flight. Disappointed that Karen was not ready to help us. Would have been terrible to have to spend the night at the airport.

Karen showed us multiple places to spend celebrating our 50th birthday. She arranged everything from flights to calling the resort in Belize. Everything was in order for our trip. Can’t say enough about her expertise and detailed information regarding our trip. Highly recommend Karen when it comes to travel!

Belize was absolutely amazing! Karen went out of her way to make all of our requests happen.

The flights had a lot of extra layover time (10 hours for one) that could have been avoided by booking different flights or on a different airline. Karen did a great job finding the resort and providing a link to schedule our activities. We did schedule our activities on our own and we did 5 separate ones off the resort location. We also scheduled our transportation on our own to our activities and to/from airport.

Karen was very professional in everything that she did for us. All of the material and schedules were presented in a very timely manor.

Karen was arranging trips for me when I was a director for a commodity group for 6 years. During those 6 years we did everything through the executive director of the group and over the phone so we never met face to face. Seven months after I termed off the group, I finaly had time to take a trip for ourselves and we wanted to do a late minute getaway to a tropical place. We had things to do in Fargo so we stopped in to her office and looked some resorts over and she found us a good one in Mexico for 8 days for a really decent price. Everything was all bundled together with the flight, hotel and transportation. We didn't have to arrange anything else once we confirmed the trip. We lucked out with great weather and everything else that goes with traveling, so we were really happy with our trip.
