Our trip to Jamaica was the best trip we have both ever experienced. We usually vacation in Cancun, but Jamaica quickly took the top spot. We received top quality service throughout the entire planning process and at the resort. No suggestions for improvement needed. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

We originally planned to go to Jamaica, but a hurricane prevented that. Gigi pivoted and provided us with several other choices of locations to visit. We chose Secrets Maroma Beach Cancun. The resort was more than anyone could ask for. The food was fantastic and plentiful and there were activites all day and into the evening if you wanted to participate. We did not go on any excursions this time because it was just so relaxing we didn't want to leave! We will the next time, and there will be a next time! Gigi's attention to detail made traveling a breeze. She gave us step by step instructions of what to expect and it all worked out perfectly. Her description of the resort was spot on.

Girlfriend & I went to St. James Club in Antigua thanks for Gigi suggestion and setting up. The flights were fairly hassle free despite the craziness in airports lately. The drive to & from the resort was no hassles and efficient. The room and location and amenities of the resort was a solid 8.5/10, beautiful views, pools and beach great, activities like sailing and access to snorkeling excursion was great, food was plentiful and timely and easy to access or schedule reservations, and the room had a great view on outside deck and super comfortable. Where I would take points off would be overall food quality at restaurants, service overall in the resort, lack of amenities that other resorts like Secrets or Sandals have had, and at times some attitude or unhelpfulness of the staff there. Still a solid A- vacation and glad we went, we trust Gigi in all ways and the small things above don't reflect the awesome job she does. In closing, the peninsula location and beauty and weather put this right up there as an awesome experience overall!

Gigi was wonderful! She was fast responding when we needed her. Riu Palace was fantastic. Very friendly co workers and a relaxing place to stay.

We traveled to Oahu for the NCL island hopper cruise. We had a wonderful time on our pre and post days in Oahu, along with our cruise days. We were able to see several of the Hawaiian islands-all without packing and getting on and off planes. We tried to see and get as many experiences checked off our bucket list-Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, beaches, whale watching, road to Hana, Na Pali coast, and more. The weather has been nice, a little cooler than we expected, but still a nice escape from Illinois in February. Gigi did a wonderful job with our cruise and finding discounts-we even had a price decrease once. She offered to help us find excursions, hotels and flights. She checked in several times throughout the planning process and during our trip to make sure things were going well. Thank you Gigi!

We really liked how the Xhale Club members had access to their own lounge where we could go for a quiet drink after dinner. We also absolutely loved our excursion! We did the jungle buggies and monkey land adventure package and had the time of our lives! It was unlike anything you will ever experience and we will remember our entire trip for the rest of our lives and are already looking forward to booking our next trip someday!

Gigi took the stress of planning off my shoulders for the first time ever. I am always stuck planning every detail and it was absolutely amazing to be able to pass that to someone else and just research and chose from her choices. This was a perfect trip ~ just exactly what we were looking for! 10/10 The accommodations were amazing. The room had all of the amenities we were looking for and more. The property was gorgeous and even though the resort was at 96% capacity, we felt like we had plenty of space and privacy to relax and enjoy our vacation. Gigi gave us wonderful options and helped guide us in selecting the property that was right for us. When I had questions, I was able to text Gigi, and I got prompt replies to help walk us through what we needed to do. We couldn't be happier with our trip of the help Gigi gave us. I can't wait to work with her again!

I would recommend Dreams Natura for a family or friend vacation. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food and service was good, especially in the restaurants. Prepare to “hunt” for seating around the pool and for groups of high school seniors on school sponsored trips.

Loved the mud baths; the architecture of the buildings on all the islands; the water was a spectacular shade of blue; and all the people we encountered on the islands as well as on the ship were so welcoming. Gigi was great in organizing and handling everyone’s needs during this trip!

The resort was Amazing adults only, they have different entertainment for what are you looking for, if you looking for relaxing or playing volleyball at the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants. Also I had a cancellation flight on my way back home bc of the weather, Gigi handled the situation better than I expected she booked another flight, she was in touch with me all the time to make sure the flight was going well and she make a reservation for the hotel in St.Louis bc we were arriving at midnight. So all I can say my husband and I are very grateful to having her as our agency travel assistant!??

From the moment that we went to Travle Simple 4 U travel event regarding the Alaska cruise Gigi kept us informed. If there was any changes to itinerary she emailed us. I could not have asked for a better travel agent than Gigi, even knowing that I have no basis for comparison.
Having no experience traveling outside of the USA Gigi, walked me, step by step, through the process. She was extremely patient answering all my calls and questions.
Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip 6 weeks before departure. Even in this Gigi was great at giving me the guidance in applying for re-imbursement.
