Gigi happened to do a very similar trip to ours a couple weeks prior and sent us pictures on where to find things, and tips that helped us along the way! We were referred to Gigi by a friend of ours and we are so glad we followed through. Gigi was amazing from start to finish. She was patient with us when we wanted to price out different dates and she made sure any questions we had were quickly answered. She even did a great job of keeping in contact with us during the trip, even though she was on a trip of her own!! Our entire vacation was so seamless and relaxing from our transport from the airport to our check out of the resort. The resort staff was so nice and accommodating and made sure every one of our needs was met quickly. Don’t even get me started on the food and drinks!! Absolutely amazing! We loved spending our mornings on the beach and were amazed at how quick the beach stagg was with drinks and anything else we needed. We really liked how the Xhale Club members had access to their own lounge where we could go for a quiet drink after dinner. We also absolutely loved our excursion! We did the jungle buggies and monkey land adventure package and had the time of our lives! It was unlike anything you will ever experience and we will remember our entire trip for the rest of our lives and are already looking forward to booking our next trip someday!

Gigi took the stress of planning off my shoulders for the first time ever. I am always stuck planning every detail and it was absolutely amazing to be able to pass that to someone else and just research and chose from her choices. She really listen to what I was asking for and I have never had such a peaceful trip.

Gigi was incredible to work with! She took care of every detail and made planning our trip completely effortless. Gigi is such a great help planning trips. It was nice to be asked questions about our wants and needs and also to have our questions answered in a timely manner! Gigi met with us several times to really get or trip to suit us perfectly. We had a cruise to enjoy and some island hopping to suit our more laid back selves. I have planned plenty of trips for my family over the years, booking hotels, excursions and places to eat can get overwhelming. I was given the suggestion of using GIGI and I am so glad I did! She did all of the leg work for my trip. She was so thorough that my family was able to leave, get on a plane, enjoy our trip and come home pretty flawlessly. This was a perfect trip ~ just exactly what we were looking for! 10/10 The accommodations were amazing. The room had all of the amenities we were looking for and more. The property was gorgeous and even though the resort was at 96% capacity, we felt like we had plenty of space and privacy to relax and enjoy our vacation. Gigi gave us wonderful options and helped guide us in selecting the property that was right for us. When I had questions, I was able to text Gigi, and I got prompt replies to help walk us through what we needed to do. We couldn't be happier with our trip of the help Gigi gave us. I can't wait to work with her again!

I would recommend Dreams Natura for a family or friend vacation. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food and service was good, especially in the restaurants. Prepare to “hunt” for seating around the pool and for groups of high school seniors on school sponsored trips.

I was becoming so overwhelmed with planning our vacation I almost wanted to give up the whole thing. I reached out to Gigi and from the first conversation I felt so relieved and excited! She really made things so easy. We were SO impressed with the all inclusive resort we stayed at. We would absolutely go back. The beach, the pools and overall decor and upkeep of the hotel was wonderful. The staff we all very friendly and helpful and the whole trip was just so relaxing. This was my first cruise. I enjoyed everyday. We were at port every morning. This was a very clean ship. With amazing crew members

Loved the mud baths; the architecture of the buildings on all the islands; the water was a spectacular shade of blue; and all the people we encountered on the islands as well as on the ship were so welcoming. Gigi was great in organizing and handling everyone’s needs during this trip!

Amazing trip! Would recommend to anyone wanting a warm winter trip and getting to visit so many Caribbean islands.

The resort was Amazing adults only, they have different entertainment for what are you looking for, if you looking for relaxing or playing volleyball at the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants. Also I had a cancellation flight on my way back home bc of the weather, Gigi handled the situation better than I expected she booked another flight, she was in touch with me all the time to make sure the flight was going well and she make a reservation for the hotel in St.Louis bc we were arriving at midnight. So all I can say my husband and I are very grateful to having her as our agency travel assistant!??

From the moment that we went to Travle Simple 4 U travel event regarding the Alaska cruise Gigi kept us informed. If there was any changes to itinerary she emailed us. If we had any questions she had a quick response and our questions were always answered completely. We had such a wonderful time on the Alaska cruise we asked if she could plan a land tour back to Alaska and we are going Summer of 2025 and we can not wait!! I could not have asked for a better travel agent than Gigi, even knowing that I have no basis for comparison.
Having no experience traveling outside of the USA Gigi, walked me, step by step, through the process. She was extremely patient answering all my calls and questions.
Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip 6 weeks before departure. Even in this Gigi was great at giving me the guidance in applying for re-imbursement.
As soon as possible I will be calling her to reschedule this “bucket list” trip!

Gigi helped us fins the perfect, relaxing all inclusive resort for our 20th anniversary. She was great with communication and guiding us through the entire experience. We will definitely use her expertise again!

Gigi did a great job with our trip from start to finish. We gave her an idea of where we wanted to go, the price range, dates, and amenities that we would like to have. She came back with several different options that including locations, different room types at each of the resorts and what she thought we might like the best since we had told her we wanted a laid back, quiet place for a retirement trip.
Once we picked the resort, she kept us informed of any paperwork that needed to be done and went over the itinerary with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. She also checked in with us a few days before our departure date to see if we needed anything and a few days after we got there to make sure everything went smoothly and we were satisfied with our resort.
The resort was just what we needed. It was one of the best relaxing trips that we have ever been on. The staff was so friendly and the resort was gorgeous. We will definitely ask Gigi to help us on our next trip
