Working with Lauren was great! From the beginning, when all we really had was a destination, through finalizing the tours, accommodations, and our cruise, I relied on Lauren's expertise. In fact, more than once I sent her a text with a question (for example: "Any ideas for an Italian restaurant in Tokyo that will fit a party of 8, including an 8-year old?") and she responded with several options. (Note: the restaurant we chose from her suggestions was excellent!) Our group included 3 generations and ranged from 8-83 years old. Lauren completely got how we needed to include different interests, attention spans and levels of comfort moving around a new (to us) country. On the final night of our trip, all 8 of us were smiling and saying how glad we all were to have had the time together. I think that is a clear sign that the trip was a success. We will definitely use Lauren to plan future family trips!

Lauren made a very complicated travel schedule seemless with private guides and detailed itinerary. Helped make another awesome bucket list trip come to fruition!

We had an amazing family trip for 10 days with 3 kids (7, 10, 13) and a set of grandparents in their 70's. Lauren has planned two trips for our family, and both have far exceeded our expectations! We chose to visit two botanical gardens and attend a luau while in Kauai. Everything was a hit! We loved Kauai and hope to return. We also plan to work with Lauren on our next trip!

Lauren was very helpful in putting together our spring break trip through Central Europe. It was a bit of a whirlwind (Budapest, Vienna and Munich in six days) and she was able to research and book the exact type of hotels, activities and timetable we wanted. She took care of all the research and legwork. More important, when my daughter had an allergic reaction on the way from Vienna to Munich, Lauren was able to rearrange our itinerary, saving us time and money and enabling us to continue on and enjoy our trip even with a nearly 24 hour unplanned delay.

Lauren was a great help with our three-week Australia trip -- she even came to our house for an initial planning session -- and she did an excellent job of booking flights for our eight-leg journey, at surprisingly low cost. Without her we would never have heard of the great snorkeling along Ningaloo Reef in northwest Australia! She was always prompt and professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We most appreciated her help when we had a medical emergency late in the trip and needed to delay our departure from Sydney.
