Stephanie Baker was amazing to work with. She planned a spring break get away for me and my two kids to Universal Studios an LEGOLAND in Florida. She was there the whole step of the way. She listened to my small requests and questions and was fast and friendly in all of her responses. As a single mom, I was on a strict budget and Stephanie was very understanding of those needs. She found us great accommodations at a great cost with bonus features. She set up add on' s for me when booking, such as the s' mores campfire cookout at LEGOLAND, my kids loved it! She helped with booking character dinners at Universal Studios as well giving us optional times to better suit the day activities I had planned. Even down to flights, knowing I would be traveling alone with two young children, Stephanie found direct flights to make everything less hectic. We were looking for something special to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and she was extremely helpful in suggesting a variety of locations for us to choose from. She was extremely responsive and able to answer all of our questions in regards to all inclusive coverage and room types.
