Great travel agent if you are not the type who gets out a lot. Vonessa's travel experience helped me enjoy Las Vegas to the fullest, definitely helped because I couldn't get lost with her guidance. I recommend all first time travelers and those who do travel use her knowledge and skills as an agent as much as they can.
She Will also help those who don't want to spend too much as well. But thank you Vonessa for the help on my recent trip to Vegas and I will be using you again as soon as possible on my next trip.

This was a last minute trip and I went back and forth with Vonessa for a month. She didn’t get frustrated or anything, she just kept working on getting the job done. With little to no preferences provided due to rush, she made sure that this vacation was luxury all the way. As a visitor from another country, I must say that when my trip to Texas was nothing short of being absolutely phenomenal. This was all possible because of Vonessa. She had everything planned out as where I would make it through three (3) major cities with absolutely no issues on my two-week visit. I got the best yet unbelievable hotel prices and not to mention the cost of transportation. Also, she answered the phone and assisted me with everything I had inquired about while on my trip, that's service! She made my experience one to remember!

In 2021, my friends, and i (11 total) planned a Montego Bay trip for September 2022. Vonessa was our travel agent. This lady is truly an angel, very patient, knowledgeable, accommodative, especially dealing with eleven people from different part of the globe.
One of our friend encounter an issue at the airport in Jamaica, i called her, and she stayed on the phone for hours helping us out to solve the situation. I don't know what we would have happen if she was not our travel agent.
She went above, and beyond, called the airline, customs, Jamaica immigration, she did all that is needed to be done, and helped to solve the situation.
I can't say it enough, if you need a peace of mind while travelling, if you need someone that will take care of you and your family or friends while on vacation, please book your trips with Vonessa.
This was our first time dealing with her, and we are in the process of planning our 2023 trip with her for Mexico.

Working with Vonessa has been a wonderful and useful experience. She provided my family and I with the most affordable package that didnt take away from the families exclusitivity at the theme parks. Thanks to her researching ability we got the royal treatment at all the parks and even had some extra money to go to SeaWorld as a bonus. She also provided us with a the knowledge to understand what our package entailed and gave a breakdown of the procedures involving our getaway. Vonessa is a great travel agent and I recommend anyone who wants an affordable trip and still want 5 star service to use her before her price goes up.
