I had the opportunity to travel around the world before I was old enough to drive around the block.

I have traveled to over 30 countries and lived in Italy, Ireland and Saudi Arabia.  

My earlier travels included:

- a dusty Christmas on safari in Kenya and another skiing in wonderful Switzerland (with fondue and fresh cider)

- camping on a foggy Swiss hillside and dropping into a salt mine in Salzburg, Austria

- touring temples with roaming monkeys in Kathmandu, Nepal and eating crispy frog legs in Bali

Most recently my travels included:

- Azamara ocean cruise from Southampton to France, Portugal and Spain

- AMA Waterways wine cruise on the Danube

- adventure tours in Peru, Vietnam and a culinary tour in Southern Italy (fresh clams and pasta on the beach in Sicily)

- Leisure trips to Cabo and Cancun

- Self guided family trips to Florence and Paris

- family trips include B&Bs in Ireland and tubing in the jungle of Belize

- NCL ocean cruises to Caribbean and Mexican Riviera 

Travel feeds my soul but I also LOVE to eat new local foods.  I plan Culinary adventures in leisure or luxury accommodations with river or ocean cruises so you can focus on experiencing the culture on a relaxing, safe and delicious vacation.
