Had the best time at Universal. It was our first time so I asked a million questions and Emily was so patient with me. Answered all my questions and gave us the best vacation.

Emily worked hard to find us the 'right' cruise given our tight dates and desires. She found the right one, we booked and set sail. Emily kept us up to date with dates prior to the cruise, during and after. Superb job!

From beginning to end, Emily made this trip easy by providing the details on everything we needed to accomplish in an easy to understand manner. We have used Emily exclusively for the past few years and will not book another trip without her. We tell her what we want and sit back while she does her magic. All we have to do is pay and enjoy. Even while on one of our cruises we had an issue (a minor one but one we had not dealt with). We reached out to Emily and, within 5 minutes, she had us with the people we needed to speak with and issue was resolved. Emily made sure all the various needs we had for our trip were met, from the simple (dining plan, Mickey's Not So Scary party tickets) to the challenging (securing African safari trek and ensuring food allergies accommodated). Everything we needed, and even questions during the trip, were answered and handled. This is the second WDW celebration trip she has planned for me, and both trips were even better than anticipated. Our family will definitely continue to use her as our travel agent.

Emily did a phenomenal job helping me change the dates and more with my trip to Alaska. She made these changes in a way I would not have been able to do. My grandson and I loved the cruise and land tour.

Perfect family trip! We had the suite on the back of the boat. We never wanted to leave our room! It was like having 3 stateroom connected! Our excursions were perfect . The train is a must in Ketchikan, then afterwards go shop cute little town. And you know we did the jeep tour which let us see most of the island and get up close to the glacier. In Skagway, we were able to do the Bering sea tour. Highly highly recommend this for anyone. I will start watching deadliest catch all over again because of this excursion. family had a great time in the casino. You win some you lose some, but that’s how it goes. Cousins had amazing time reconnecting with each other. They were able to stay up late. Watch the shows watch the comedy shows and then hook the casinos spending way too much of mom and dad‘s money! Overall it was a fabulous fabulous trip filled with lots of family memories that we will never forget. The ship will dry docking in February so if you book after February new ship!

We have never taken a cruise before and our original travel agent was suggested to us by a friend. From the beginning communication was sparse and it would take forever to get answers. About 6
Months before our cruise Emily took over and wow! The attention to detail and communication were amazing! She caught that our booked rooms weren’t correct and fixed that for us.
