We had a great experience working with Jessica for arrangements outside of our main tour, including hotels in Naples and Rome as well as train tickets throughout Italy. Since this was our first time traveling in Italy, we really didn’t understand how the booking systems or logistics worked, and Jessica was incredibly helpful in guiding us through everything. She was patient with our questions, quick to respond, and offered thoughtful insight that made the process much easier and less stressful. Get trip. I had a locking rate solo inside and got bumped to central sea Terence for free. So it worked out good for me first time with balcony and Hamock. I got this from her, because some one else had to cancel. She handled it all. No proublems any where with transaction or trip thanks and will use again.

We worked with Jessica to set up a trip with our granddaughter... started in Helsinki and then on to Spain - Barcelona, Bilbao and Madrid. She worked with us and Railbookers and all the accomodations were fabulous as well as the information from Railbookers with vouchers, tickets etc. was spot on. As the trip approached Jessica helped with a missing voucher from Railbookers. It was a smooth process and a trip my granddaughter will remember for sure! Also, Jessica called me right back while we were on the trip to answer a question I had regarding luggage that did not arrive with us! All good.
