I had learned all growing up about the Galapagos and it being an amazing place to study wildlife because it is removed from everywhere else.  Our nature guides were amazing.  I must have asked a million questions wanting to learn as much as I could to help my clients have the best experience possible and they knew the answers.  They pointed out how even on a single island there developed different species of lizards.  The hot lava made it impossible for them to cross from one side to the other and they had to adapt to eating differently.  The one along the coast had a different beak to eat out of the water while on the other side it was shaped differently to reach between rocks for insects.  I couldn't believe we were seeing in person what I had studied in biology.  Each island is so unique- activities, wildlife and even terrain.  One day you'll be on a red sand beach, then black sand, then brown cliffs.  You'll see penguins one day, blue footed boobies the next then seals.  Let me tell you more about it- I absolutely had the best experience and I was taking note of everything knowing lots of people would want to be going to the Galapagos.  When is the best time for the Galapagos?  It depends what you want to see- let me help.  Should you do the inner or outer loop in the Galapagos- again let's chat.  Is Baltra easy to get to or is it better to start the tour in Quito, Ecuador mainland?
