My wife, Jen, and I met you about this time last year. It was our first time using a travel agency. We booked a trip to Sandals Halcyon in St Lucia. Clare Springer has been assisting us since.

With all the craziness in the world Jen and I made the difficult decision to postpone our trip. Clare is assisting us with that now. I just wanted to tell you that she has been absolutely amazing - from first helping us book our flights in June to now. We simply had the best time! Thank you so much for your help, communication, suggestions and expertise. We enjoyed all three places and their many differences. Ischia was probably my personal favorite. With that said all three hotels were fantastic (great views, breakfasts and locations). The staff at all three were easy to work with even with the language barrier. All the tours went on without a hitch and when the boat tour in Ischia did not, thank you for responding even when it was the middle of the night for you. I really cannot say enough about the trip.
