The BEST Disney agent I’ve worked with! He communicated constantly and helped us have the most amazing trip! Sheldon armed is with tips and tricks, reservations, and helped us know where we could save and where we should spend to get a better experience.

Sheldon has been absolutly amazing. We were first impressed that he was constantly watching prices after we booked and was able to save us $200 on our original trip. He has been patient with us in making multiple changes to our trips. On our most recent trip to Sunscape, he was able to move us to a different resort which he went above and beyond on as the resort was being very stubborn on waiving fees. In the end, he was able to escalate it and we are getting a full refund of the cancellation fee from Sunscape! He currently has our "wedding trip" booked wherein we are taking our four grown children and their spouses to Mexico to attend our wedding. We have found our travel agent for many, many years to come!!

Sheldon is wonderful to work with! When we had travel issues (weather related) he was quick to jump in and help. Everything went very smoothly from the time we first time we discussed the trip to the time we got home. Will absolutely recommend Sheldon to friends and family.
